From order to delivery no problems however the chair is in the garage, I tried hard for a week but unfortunately it's just not comfortable in fact it was good for my knees but gave me backache. Just thought I'd add a little tip don't buy a chair without sitting in it first my big mistake.

Very polite and friendly when ordering by phone delivery was absolutely spot here the next day quite easy to assemble very pleased chair very comfortably very pleased

Lovely chairs, came quickly, very happy.

Dubious about ordering online from a company that I had never heard of, but the quick delivery offered and reasonable price swung it for me. The sofa is for a garden room so thought to myself if it’s terrible it’s not the end of the world.
However I cannot express how pleased I am! Ordered for crate delivery tea time Wednesday, recieved phone call straight after to confirm it would be Friday which I knew as the website tells you the cut off times. Delivery arrived today and wow, the sofa is fantastic quality and I would deffo have one for my main house it’s that good. Delivery man was exceptional, so good that I rung the delivery company to sing his praises. Can’t recommend this company enough, absolutely brilliant from start to finish

Sofa and Chair -My experience with this Company was excellent and I am extremely pleased with my sofa and chair that was delivered very quickly and was exactly as I had ordered. The men from the delivery company were efficient, polite and informative.

The service received from Next Day Sofas was faultless. We ordered on Friday, received a telephone on Saturday and received a tracking email on Monday to inform us the Sofa had started it's journey.
Unfortunately our issue sits with the delivery company. Our sofa was unpacked in the street in the rain as we were informed it wouldn't fit in the house with the box. They then informed us on several occasions during delivery that it wasnt going to fit whilst roughly handling the sofa. They gave the impression that ttey were short of time and just wanted to dump and run without any care or consideration for how the item should be maneuvered into the room. My husband and I requested they leave the soa in thd hall and we would put the sofa in the room. On unwrapping the sofa we have discovered 2 puncture holes in the rear of the back rest which we believe are the results of the delivery guys rough handling

Tub chair was delivered really quickly and is a lovely teal colour which matches my decor perfectly

i can see from my very large window the road leading to these apartments i gave this company instructions type in main door the number of my door and i let them in with intercom but there are a lot of workmen around who would have let them in because they were taking a long time ringing i went to look for the driver the workmen said they had gone they didnt ring really angry

Delivered on time we’ll packed,able to assemble as instructions clear & no missing parts,box carried in property by delivery driver as we are

The lady I spoke to on the phone made everything very clear how things worked when the delivery would be made how the payment would be taken. It was very easy to follow my only negative is the chair coin unassembled which you did tell me and she said it was fairly easy to put together. Unfortunately, one of the spanners was missing from the set so put in the chair together, turned out to be a bit of a pain

Very pleased with our two leather swivel chairs delivered 26 April 2023. We had two chairs delivered from Next day Sofas in 2019 and they have worn really well .

Bought the two seater Richmond sofa in Black. Description states bonded leather and faux leather, I cannot see any bonded leather just all faux leather. Bought this sofa in March 2023 so only had it a couple of months and already it is all scratched and the faux leather is peeling and coming off in bits. It is extremely small for a 2 seater (yes I did measure it) would suit children as 2 adults would be squashed together on it the seating area is that small.
The upholstery is terrible hard and uncomfortable. I paid £619.99 for this settee which I have now given to my dogs and bought another sofa from a different company. Also it was not delivered next day as it states it would be it was a week before delivery.
