Next Day Spex Reviews

Good customer service. Glasses perfect.
Edit in response to you reply: The 4 stars (rather than 5) was because I ordered next day express delivery (on a Friday before 2pm) and because of the bank holiday it came on the next working day instead (4 days later) which was a little too late as we were travelling. I was advised it was the courier that didn’t work on a bank holiday even though Next day Specs did. Would still use again.

Very quick service despite it being bank holiday. Lovely glasses and I was surprised that they fit perfectly - the ‘selfie’ pupil distance method really works.

Brilliant service. I have an unusual prescription and within minutes of my order the team rang to double check it. Glasses arrived on time the next day - flawless from start to finish.

Like I said before next day spex is only place where you can get glasses next day. Perfect

There was nothing great! The package arrived 2 days late, the product badly packed and the box broken.
It was wrong by next day spex to use the delivery company.

Easy website to navigate and delivered within 24 hours. The glasses are good quality. Excellent service.

New glasses delivered next day as promised. Amazing service. I was travelling on business and lost a lens from my existing glasses. Having placed a call to my optometrist overseas I had the prescription details, used the "try them on function" decided on a pair of frames which were delivered to my hotel the next day. Even the shipping and delivery messaging was above and beyond expectation. Thank you.

Fantastic personal service when I rang
Very Quick delivery and great product ...
I tried to buy from one of your competitors first but their service and communication were appalling.
Would use you again and recommend.

Did what they said with no fuss. What more can you ask?

Needed Glasses Cheap and Quick! They did the job!

Delivered exactly as expeXted. Good fit finish and clarity.

Excellent communication. Nice glasses and super fast service.

Wow!!!! 24 hours later and they were there! Very impressed

As described, excellent next day service. On ordering a pair I realised that (due to being colour blind) they were in fact pink - not what I wanted - and despite having already produced them in less than an hour, they kindly changed them and refunded me for the first pair. Couldn't recommend enough and very happy with the service.

Delivery was great, very fast however the prescription was too weak.

Such an amazing company. I ordered some prescription sunglasses via Specsavers around 3 weeks before I was due to travel and they text me 2 days before saying they wouldn’t be ready. I quickly found this company online and ordered. I was so amazed, they were dispatched within a few hours of me ordering and arrived the next day. They’re amazing quality, just what I wanted and arrived in time. Will definitely be using them again, thanks so much!!

Thanks for a great service. Delivered next day so I could take on holiday.

This was the only online service I could find that would provide eye glasses with a stronger prescription. I found the whole process straightforward, easy and pain free, and have been recommending Next Day Spex to colleagues and friends. Will definitely use again!

The service was great, glasses on time and easy to choose online
