Very easy procedure from start to finish

Quality of the product overall (material), is ok and assembly is straight forward. However I have a fault with one part of the bed, have called the company but it only goes to voicemail and my emails aren’t being responded to. Customer service therefore very disappointing as I’ve paid a lot of money and currently left with a faulty product.
Delivery was quick, however there was limited information about the 3rd party associated with deliveries. Would appreciate a call urgently to resolve my order.

Only complaint was there was no body available to speak to if the delivery time inconvenient. Tried to contact the firm Next Divan to alter the time but couldn't. Had to have back up because if they had come at the maximum time they gave us we would have been out. When it arrived delivery men fine.

When the delivery was supposed to arrive, I was told by text that the delivery had been cancelled so I called the company to find out why, the man said "give me 10 mins to escalate this and i will call you back. 40 mins later I called them back, for no reasonable explanation he said it was cancelled. Which was annoying as we had got rid of the old bed and now had to turn away the adult to sign for the bed. About 1 hour later, when I was out I recived a text saying they were delivering (even though ot was cancelled) so I arranged for my neighbour to sign as my 15 year old was not old enough. The delivery men did not require a signature. When I recieved a copy of my delivery note through email. They had forged my signature to say I had recieved it. Plus the bas was also damaged. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Product as described and good quality but delivery arrangements poor - told when they are coming, no choice and charges if you are not in.

They certainly are cheap beds. I’ve had mixed experiences. One bed (ottoman) absolutely fine, another (standard divan no drawers) started creaking. When you take it apart it really is made up of not much wood and cardboard with what looks like some old pallet wood. I’m having to fashion a repair ( may as well use some pallet wood 🤣) to try to repair but if I can’t and it won’t stop creaking it’ll have to be broken up burnt and replaced.
You do get what you pay for, honestly just needs that little
Bit of extra time and materials spent on it and it would be great, I mean even just an extra £50 for some rigidity and maybe ply or osb base rather than cardboard.
