I bet this is an £100 ,but over charged when buying Debenhams !!

I had to return a bed and headboard. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly, arranged a delivery within a couple of days. The company notified me of a return the day after and explained that it could take up to 15 days. Very happy!!

Ordered a bed via Debenhams,sominor took my money cancelled my order and refused my £18.99 delivery charge to be refunded ,do not recommend ordering from this company ,to say it was a protection fee for an item that was cancelled shocking

Ordered same item twice from debenhams, so had to email somnior to cancel one, they replied within minutes and issued the refund. Really happy

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced. After receiving the bed and identifying a clear issue (loose metal inside the base), I contacted the company immediately and provided multiple photographs as requested, including all four corners and both labels.

Despite supplying what I believe to be adequate proof, I have repeatedly been asked for additional evidence, including a full video and requests to unwrap or assemble the item — which I am understandably reluctant to do due to the suspected fault and concern about causing further damage.

The process has felt unnecessarily awkward and drawn out, especially when I have been cooperative and responsive throughout.

I am still awaiting my refund, and the situation remains unresolved. A refund should not require this level of back-and-forth once reasonable evidence has been provided.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would not expect this level of difficulty when trying to resolve a faulty item issue.

Ordered 2 mattresses. Ordered wrong size for 1 , very prompt reply to return request and collection confirmed quickly extremely efficient service. Other mattress looks great quality.

The mattress arrived but unfortunately it would not go around our semi spiral staircase. The mattress looked perfect but being Medium/Firm there was no manoeuvreability. Customer service arranged for it to be taken back and it was collected promptly. I am now awaiting my refund from Debenhams where I ordered it. Thank you Somnior Bed's.

Ordered a bed through Debenhams on Saturday. Received an email today to say my order has been cancelled, apparently because they don't deliver to Highlands. I don't live in the Highlands!! Absolutely diabolical service. Take your money upfront but now I have to wait for a refund so I can order from a decent company.

Great company to deal with. Sadly I had to return the bed but I couldnt have asked for better service. Bed was picked up promptly and all monies returned.

I ordered a bed that would not fit up the stairs. This was a shame as was a lovely, good quality bed.
It was retuned with a full refund given, the customers service was excellent and the issue was resolved promptly

What a brilliant company. I wish all companies were like them. The mattress was delivered on time by Somnior and was of an excellent quality, but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong depth mattress. Somnior customer service, were brilliant with me and sorted the problem immediately. They were so kind and considerate to me and i would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Contacted to change delivery and the response was fast and delivery date was updated. Excellent service

Lovely, friendly chaps who delivered our bed. Unfortunately we had to return due to not fitting up the stairs. Sent an email and within 24hrs we recieved an email back with a collection date. Didn't have to wait long for it to be collected either. Speedy response with no issues, just waiting on a refund and hoping to be able to buy another that will fit.

The customer service is spot on. I needed to return a mattress as I had not realised I’d ordered the wrong size, and from their initial email and request for photos to the processing of the refund the help provided was excellent.
It was collected 2 days after sending in photos and the refund processed as soon as it was collected.

Error made on my behalf purchasing mattresses where I’d accidentally purchased 2 of the same mattresses. Somniorbeds customer service was excellent and prompt, collecting mattresses and issuing a refund. The mattress that I kept is perfect. Thanks you for making my error hassle free. Highly recommend
