Looked at various chesterfield chairs and found somniorbeds quick delivery and thrilled with the quality and service and price
Would definitely recommend them

originally purchased a divan bed through Debenhams. Divan drawer arrived damaged in transit and firstly tried to contact Debenhams and even now a week later they haven’t read my communication. Did some investigating and found the supplier online and an email. After sending an email concerning the drawer they were quick to rectify the problem and send a replacement for a delivery convenient to me.

Purchased a mattress from Debenhams and supplier was Somnoirbeds which was delivered yesterday.
Mattress is top quality but unfortunately I didn’t realise the depth and being disabled this was not suitable.
Policy would not to return it but the manager at Somnoir beds was brilliant and has agreed on a full refund. Also gave me excellent advise on what kind of mattress I need for me disability .

I have been blown away with the remarkable customer service I have received. I had an issue with a mattress and they were so happy to oblige and showed a kindness you rarely see from a company anymore. Just brilliant!

I have slept very well on my 3000 Diamond for the past year. As recommended by Somnior turning the mattress regularly keeps it like new.

I bought a mattress online. When it arrived, it looked really cheap, and not worth the money I had paid. It also had a strong chemical smell. Somnior Beds initially refused to accept it back, but did so after several emails diring which I pointed out my statutory rights as a consumer. It then took nearly six weeks and several more emails threatening legal action to get them to process the refund. I would not wish to deal with them again.

The advisor who answered the call , was very professional and patient , while explaining the process of delivery we are expecting . His tone of the voice was reassuring and polite . He took his time analysing the information and guarding the confidentiality and providing the right answers . Thank you Adam .

Cancelled my order without any communication stating out of stock, this was a lie as still available to order on Debenhams website. Held on to my money for more than 2 weeks. Only received a refund after opening a case with PayPal. A recurring theme, so it would seem. Avoid!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress and requested a return before it was delivered. The cancellation went through quickly, and I received clear confirmation that the refund had been processed.
I’ve previously ordered a mattress from Somnior beds and it’s been amazing, no complaints at all. This new one was meant for my son, who keeps telling me his mattress isn’t as comfy as mine! I’ll be ordering the correct size, and I know he’ll be a very happy child this Christmas.

Fantastic service ordered at very short notice and the delivery was very quick and efficient! Communication was brilliant. The mattress we ordered was amazing such good quality and perfect for our king size bed! Super comfy 5 star rating will definitely recommended thank you once again

Just want to state that the bed has not been delivered yet but so far my communications with the company have been great. I got a text to say when my delivery would be I contacted them to say I wouldn't be there and they couldn't have been more helpful. I asked for a Saturday delivery on the 29th as I am already expecting a delivery and they went out of their way to make that happen. Great company can't wait to see the bed! Also the price of it was so good am very impressed so far!

I would highly recommend this company for ordering anything. Good value for money and products are also good. I did have an issue with the ordering of a wrong size mattress and my good god did Somniorbeds help me out YES they did they organised a return at no extra to me which was a massive help and very quick at collecting the mattress and also i reorder the correct size and was delivery in a matter of days. So i will be reodering from these in the future and once again highly recommend to anyone to use them. thanks again for all your help. Heather

We bought a mattress recently. I was very pleased with the good level of customer service. They rearranged delivery to a date convenient for us. The mattress is perfect! Delivery was prompt.

Brought a super king size diamond 3000 meduim to firm mattress and it’s sagged one side and I have been advised it’s my base!! Funny it’s only one side and not both…. How are you going to resolve this?? Pictures and videos have been sent to Debenhams….

Customer services resolved my issue immediately, I could not get any help from the company I purchased my bed from. So went direct to somnior beds and their service and resolution of the issue was immediate. Thank you all so much for your help.

The mattress is beautiful. Very comfortable. Company is professional. this is my second one. I always recommend to others.
