problem was sorted out that i had, iwill say the matress i received was excellent quality the problem occured when i ordered a small single instead of ordering a single size but nin all fairness this company resolved the issue and refunded the money.i will purchase the correct size.

Sominar beds customer service was great , the delivery company wasn’t , they failed to deliver my mattress , however sominar were excellent in issuing a prompt refund & an apology ..

I purchased a super king mattress from this company through Debenhams. Upon its arrival the delivery men could not get it up our low ceiling staircase. I emailed the company and an exchange was quickly and efficiently dispatched.
The mattress seems to be of very good quality and comfortable.

I ordered a gorgeous headboard from Somnior Beds. Unfortunately it wasn't the right colour to go with my decor but they did let me return it for a refund and arranged collection just 48 hours later.

The delivery driver damaged my lights downstairs causing the lighting to smash and leaving exposed wires
Trying to contact debenhams customer services and I only talk to chat not asking me same questions.
My house is now a fire hazard

Had to change delivery address due to confusion on website, customer service handled the issue perfectly, all sorted in a matter of minutes.

Avoid at all cost i cancelled this order for a mattress though this company as i was order though Debenhams on the 29 June they emailed me on 30 june saying they have issued my refound its now the 15 july 2025 and still no refund done absolutely disgusting company I've now got my bank involved with this matter they are investigating you over this again if your thinking of buying any thing from this company Don't bother buying any thing from them and be for you reply back saying to email you i have done no answer absolutely disgusting you and Debenhams are disgusting people hope your company's go out of business ASAP
