The staff are reliable and kind 2 me with my woes at times & has given me the stability i needed..lately we go on excertions 4 lunch..seights & walks..meeting with friends in a bus with a jolly team leader Matt.

The support worker gets 5 stars, the COS gets 1. Therefore the mean is 3. Luckily I see a lot more of the carer!

My transfer to nextt from another company has gone relatively smoothly. I am very happy with how my coordinator has handled everything and I look forward to hopefully a long relationship with nextt.

The service has been wonderful.
The service has been wonderful and the staff allocated to assist me have been friendly courteous and knowledgeable in regard to patients with spinal cord injuries similar to or worse than my own.

Very disappointed with the outcome, was very clear with referral and end result was disappointing.
Nextt advised they could not provide services after working with participant via zoom and building relationships.
