Nexus Technology Reviews 

I have used Nexus on two or three occasions over the last 10 years both for PC builds and software/virus resolutions.

They are a very small store manned by only one or two people at a time but despite this (and with a little patience if there are one or two customers ahead of you), the In-store service, help and advise is absolutely superb. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pragmatic about solutions and cost. Their up-front honesty and openness should be highly appreciated and valued by any customer.

The only slight grumble I have is their website is rubbish. It hasn't functioned for ever it seams. It appears to me that their partnership with Computers Inc is at the root of this and does need to be sorted out.

This company saves so many people from the pit falls of technology, their knowledge, help and customer service is second to none! They are easily the most helpful, friendly and perfect computer company in all of Essex for all of your computer needs!!! 5***** all the way!!!!!!

Brilliant service all the time, undoubtedly the best IT firm in the general Essex area.
