Dawn is very pleasant to speak with, and I think her personality definitely comes across when dealing with customers. She is patient, has good listening skills, and committed to making sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Robin answered my phone call and she was attentive to the needs I had and patient to explain the various aspects of my policy to me.
