Niche is the sister company of Hancock and Wood who are a fourth generation family business. Our department store has been trading from the same site in Warrington, Cheshire since founded in 1914. We have developed and expanded over the years to meet the changing demands of our customers and now combine the best traditions of service with a modern twist. In July 2020 we launched our online brand Niche serving customers both nationally and in the local area, offering our latest arrivals online at affordable prices. We receive new stock several a week so there is always something new to tempt you! We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service following the traditional service model that we adhere to within our bricks and mortar store. I loved the reviews on Facebook but was a bit unsure, I kept up on reading them. I'm so impressed with the clothes I've purchased and customer service is excellent. I've more or less had next day delivery,this time I haven't had any notification which is very surprising. I contacted them and they have re sent my order, it had got lost. I Love the products and will be getting more. I feel so comfortable as my weight is up and down. Lovely company products. Thank you niche

Excellent quality
I’ve recently received my 12th order from this company. I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with the contents of the orders or the delivery. I love the magic pants and the premium joggers as they fit perfectly and are really comfy. I am determined to own them in every colour possible!

I was sceptical when I first received…
I was sceptical when I first received my order as I thought the material was thin for a pair of joggers, how wrong was I, they are so comfortable and look great on,
I now have 3 pairs and would definitely buy more. I thoroughly recommend them.

As stated on our delivery FAQ page, delivery timescales are from the date of dispatch. Your order was placed on Sunday 18th at 18:19pm and dispatched on Monday 19th. Your parcel was delivered on Wednesday 21st at 13:39pm. This would be the 2nd working day so that is within the predicted 1-2 day delivery window. When you contacted us, you did not mention anything about the parcel being left outside, just that the delivery was taking longer than you expected.

Arrived quickly. The denim look joggers got holes on the seam after a couple of wears,same thing happened to the joggers my mum ordered too ,,shame because they are nice and light to wear and look good .

First time I've ordered clothes online
First time I've ordered clothes online. Ordered 2 different sizes in the joggers as I'm an in between size. Both fitted but preferred the fit of the larger size. Return was easy and swapped for a larger size. Delivery was very quick. Live chat is also very helpful. Would recommend Niche Online. Look forward to ordering more things.

This company is absolutely fantastic. I ordered a pair of cropped jeans just to try. They where so comfortable and wash and ironed great. I ordered more jeans and some crop pants again fantastic quality and fit. Not only that I ordered one day all pairs where delivered by next day. Fantastic well done Niche xx

I'm 69, I have a couple of pairs of Coco crops, and love the longer length Coco shorts so much I've just ordered a couple more, and decided to try the Coco trousers while I was ordering shorts lol, and they totally live up to expectations. Thank you.

Comfy fit
