Watch out for the extremly high delivery charge that they don;t notify you about when you make the purchase!!!
Be totally aware of how much Nick Scali charge for delivery as they don't mention this to you during the sales process. If you don't pay it beforehand they won't deliver your furniture - we had to pay £195 in the end!!!

The Service in Store was Very Good

I bought a Coffee table from Nick Scali, Cheltenham after visiting their show -room twice.I must say , I am very happy with the overall experience of shopping here.
Alan was very meticulous with the details and kindly showed me around. He helped me in choosing the table and made sure I was comfortable.
The store is very well organised and Frank , the store manager was very professional and courteous. Just excellent customer service from him.
The table is of a very good quality and I found the price nice as well. Will be back for more.
