Walked into the store and was greeted by Kully who listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me the perfect sofa that both myself and my husband loved. It was the first store we went into so we looked around the 3 other stores on the retail park but nothing matched the quality of this sofa so we came back to order and take the swatches home for the perfect colour match. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Can’t believe I found what I wanted straight away!

I was not sure to buy I just wanted to take a look, but I met Kully and Sana and they were very helpful and I bought what I was hoping to find. Great service and kind people that made everything easy.

We dealt with Dave in the Kings Lynn store and his knowledge and explanations on our sofa needs, lead to us purchasing a lovely sofa. Stuff like this can be very stressful, especially with 2 kids in tow, but we would recommend visiting Dave in store for the right support.

Scott has been very helpful, knowledgeable patient and kind. We had lots of questions and visited several times before we made our decision, which was not a problem. Thank you

All the staff at the Thurrock showroom were really friendly, but a special mention has to go to Lak, whose customer service was excellent. He was knowledgeable, honest and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. I actually left the showroom and came back specifically to get his advice, and with his help I ended up ordering the most comfortable sofa I’ve sat on so far. Really appreciated his approach and would definitely recommend speaking to him if you visit the showroom.

Went through DFS, SCFS, Sofology, all the big ones (literally 8 stores) until we came here and Amie found us our perfect sofa within minutes. Wish we knew about this place first, we only found it because we wanted a coffee from the Starbucks opposite after a tiring day looking at sofas with all the other and so glad we found this place. Sofas are the nicest around and the customer service is so great. Won’t go anywhere else now.

We visited the Rotherham store. Scott was really helpful and knowledgeable on the products. He explained everything thoroughly and made our purchase easy. Great banter too.

Jay and the team were amazing with assisting us on our decision on buying 2 new sofas. Extremely unhappy with the service I have received.

At the time of purchase, I paid a portion of the total price upfront and agreed finance for the remaining balance. After making several follow-up calls regarding my order, I was then informed by message that I needed to pay the full outstanding balance before they could proceed with delivery.

I subsequently paid the outstanding amount in full. Despite this, the delivery has now been delayed by a month, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me to arrange a delivery date.

The communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, and having now paid the full amount, I find it unacceptable that I am still having to chase for basic information about when my order will be delivered.

Very disappointing experience.
