Purchased through the website, item was delivered earlier than initially scheduled which was fantastic. My only complaint is that they expect you to remove the large wooden pallet and boxes that the furniture comes wrapped in which is at an additional cost. For a large company this should be a free service for their customers.

I went to Kings Lynn to buy a pair of treking shorts .No luck .
Noticed NickScali ,thought ,Italian design perhaps for my new London house ,with vaulted ceilings and glass to invite the garden in .
The wonderful ,welcoming lady ,showed me a Design perfect for me ,being only 5 foot , electric head rests ,adjustable footrests ,choice of fabrics and colours .The Barbuda .Chairs which rotate ,,The Cobble ,which is easy to use if entertainjng or swivel to enjoy the garden .No moving that furniture ,it moves for you .
Dining ,Console and lamp tables to match with marble type tops ,all great for broken open plan living .
I look forward to dropping in and reconnecting with this lovely interesting helpful lady and purchasing other items ,the Rugs are well matched to the furniture and will protect the Oak floors .

NEVER BUY FROM Nick Scali.

Lodged a warranty claim on my couch on 2 March due to poor quality — the foam is already sinking like there’s not enough filling, and the couch isn’t even six months old. Technician came out on 27 March, and since then… nothing. No update, no decision.

I’ve called multiple times and keep getting told someone will call me back — most of the time, they don’t.

Extremely disappointing product and customer service. Still waiting on a resolution.

Laura from the Nick Scali online sales team was absolutely fantastic. She helped us with buying our first couch and made the whole experience feel so easy and exciting.

She was super responsive (even after hours!) and just went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, which made such a difference.

Ordered many things
Long delays and constant changing of delivery times. Multiple confusing texts and emails sometimes 3 texts in a day with 3 different times quoted.
Ordered a rug in December 25 waited 3 months and it’s not what I asked for and tried to call.. after service is bad.. was told to call next week because they had a sale and would be too busy to answer the phone.. (always a sale but never reduced price)
Refused to transfer me to the store!

Excellent customer service from staff. Being honest I never thought I would ever enjoy shopping with my wife ! The sales lady and her colleague were just amazing at their job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it really was enjoyable. Well done.

We love our new Nick Scali lounges so much that we bought two.
We needed lounges with deep seats, head rests which wouldn’t obstruct the views out of our windows, fixed bases to avoid annoying slippage of cushions, leather for easy cleaning & recliners on both ends.
The Komo fit all of these requirements. Each seat sits two people so the width is extra spacious & the earthy tones are beautiful.
To top it off, the delivery to our home which is regional was beyond expectation. The guys knew exactly how to assemble the lounges & were extremely professional. Thankyou Nick Scali!

Michelle at the West Gosford store was patient and knowledgeable. Our couches actually exceed our expectation. The courses were just amazing and the use of their tracking system is second to none.

I ordered on line ,didn’t really speak to anyone from Nik Scali ,process was easy , waited 2 months, was well worth the wait , delivery went smoothly, very happy with the couch , so comfortable

I ordered my Mayan dining chairs online my order started 10 day to delivery. Arrived 10 days later to my surprise.
Excellent service so happy with my dining chairs.

We started our journey with Nick Scali through their Rutherford store, who were really helpful and had a great arrangement of furniture, which was a great experience overall. Unfortunately ordering through Nick Scali has left a somewhat unpleasant after service experience. Not only were our items heavily delayed, but the one item in the split order was actually a “fast ship” that no one assisted us to actually split delivery and get it to us sooner. Not only this but it was very misleading in that it looked like we would pay one delivery fee by not splitting these up - but only by chasing up did we figure out there would still be two costs - one delivery just saves a measly amount by combining. Thankfully we eventually received our items - only to then find out that in order to have our packaging removed we would need to pay nearly the same amount as the actual deliveries. Ridiculous to be honest - due to the volume of cardboard and packaging it’s taken me some time to sort out but worth the money save. Thankfully we like our chosen furniture and the quality is good else this would be 1 star review, given how much we paid.

I had been looking for a couch to suit my needs for some time, and found the staff at Nick Scali helpful in providing a number of different options available to me. Martin was friendly and supportive, allowing me to take the time to make my decision.

The table was delivered on time and did a great job putting it together

Really happy with the Jordana dresser — it’s a solid, well-built piece and the colour is beautiful in person. The delivery team were great, quick and efficient with assembly, and had everything set up without any issues. Overall, a very smooth experience and a quality product.

The sales person at the Preston store was very knowledgeable and helpful and the updates on where and when my order will be delivered was very helpful to the persons that delivered my chair were that good i gave them 10 stars
