Bought the nocturne queen bed in caramel and it is very good quality. Looks more brown than some of the pictures which we hoped for . Has a charging port also. Communication about delivery was great all the way through. Would definitely purchase from lounge lovers again.

The couch is nice but the delivery is the weirdest experience - They promote that they offer free delivery, then proceed to try and charge for the proper delivery and removal of rubbish. The people who show up to deliver are obligated to do the bare minimum if you dont pay for the premium delivery service despite them promoting actively free delivery. Weird business model and consumer experience - for a premium couch, having to have this experience leaves you wondering who's making business decisions and marketing decisions

Disappointing pricing strategy and customer service

I’ve been a loyal Lounge Lovers customer and have purchased quite a few pieces from the brand over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in the brand.

What concerns me most is the frequency and scale of their price changes. Prices seem to be adjusted so frequently that the original “full price” can start to feel almost meaningless. Even when you see a product on sale, it is difficult to know whether it is actually a good time to buy, as there is a real possibility of another significant price reduction shortly afterwards.

I have experienced this more than once with Lounge Lovers, where products I had recently purchased were significantly discounted soon after. In my view, this makes the brand’s pricing feel unpredictable and undermines the credibility and reliability of its advertised prices.

The most recent experience was I purchased the Oskar 140cm Bench for $369 on 17 July and only picked it up on 25 July. Just over a month later, I noticed that the same product had been reduced to $299 — a $70 reduction in a very short period of time. It actually increased from $399 to $429, and dropped to $399 back again and further dropped to $369 when I purchased it. Just imagine what a good pricing game it is!

What was equally disappointing was the response when I raised this concern. Rather than considering the circumstances of an individual long-standing customer and offering any flexibility or goodwill, the response was essentially based on applying the policy rigidly and talked about fairness to other customers.

If offering a $70 goodwill adjustment to a customer who purchased the product only a little over a month ago would be considered unfair to other customers, how is it fair to customers who purchased the product shortly before such a significant price reduction?

I simply think potential customers should be aware of this pricing pattern and consider it when deciding whether and when to purchase.

I’m sharing my experience publicly so that other customers can make a more informed decision.
