Initially there was an issue with delivery but lounge lovers went above and beyond to ensure I received my lounge on the date I wanted. The delivery guys were fantastic, they delivered it brought it upstairs and assembled it for me taking away all the wrapping. I love my lounge so much. It’s very comfortable and luxurious! I will be buying another lounge in the near future for my downstairs area. I highly recommend lounge lovers to anyone wanting good modern and excellent quality furniture. I am one very happy customer. Thank you!!

I went into the shop on the Gold Coast to have a look at a particular side table. I was greeted straight away and asked if I needed any help. They didn’t have the side table I was after but the guy who approached me was super nice. I found a beautiful dining table and decided to purchase it although I didn’t even think of getting a new one! The delivery date request/change was smooth and easy. The customer service was excellent as well. The delivery guy was friendly and polite. I’m a fan after my first expericence!

Communication via both text message and emails kept us updated on the delivery status.
The quality of lounges is excellent and very sturdy and solid structure. Materials/fabric used are great quality and we cannot complain! Having never used Lounge lovers previously, we trusted the reviews of other purchasers and are glad we did.

Great delivery and communication. Only downfall is that the chairs looked a lot lighter in the photos, so just being mindful that the colour may not match what it looks like on the website. Otherwise happy with the purchase!

Great sofa bed love the colour

Communication on the delivery progress was outstanding and the delivery team were super nice.

From the day I placed my order I was happy with service through to delivery!
I have never received such up to the minute notifications from any Company I have had experience with!
I was never left wondering where my order was - from loading to delivery inside my front door!

Very disappointing experience with Lounge Lovers.

We purchased our sofa in September 2025, and within less than a year the grey fabric developed noticeable yellow/beige discolouration across the seat cushions. The sofa has had light residential use only - no children, pets, direct sunlight or spills, and the covers have never been machine washed. We also paid $230 for the Guardsman Fabric Warranty/protection and applied it from day one.

Despite this, Lounge Lovers rejected our warranty claim and classified the discolouration as “wear and tear.”

It is disappointing that such significant colour change within the first year can be considered normal wear and tear. The outcome has left us with little confidence in the product quality or after-sales support.

Based on our experience, I would think carefully before purchasing a fabric sofa from Lounge Lovers.

I was really disappointed that Lounge Lovers advertised a product that was discontinued and unavailable. I travelled to their physical store to test a product in stock online I then purchased the product online successfully, only to be notified by Lounge Lovers later that the product was not actually available and they would not offer to replace the product with the exact same product (in a slightly different colour) because there was a price difference. Disappointed in that i wasted a few hours of my day and felt very misled.

Great service by Jenny, best experience for a furniture store. Communication was prompt and delivery was nice and easy. Was no fuss, great experience when moving into a new home. Made life a little easier

I had forgotten that businesses used to treat their customers like this. Ordering the furniture online was easy. I choose my delivery date (the earliest possible) and they stayed in touch every step of the way. A few days later they offered to deliver it a week early (or I could leave it as arranged). I chose the earlier date. Early on morning of delivery I got a text saying they would be here around 11am. Then, at 10.30 I got a phone call to say they were 20 minutes away - and that was accurate. The truck was manned by two workers, who carried the furniture box to the door (yes, they had 2 staff for heavy items!), then asked if I'd like it brought into the house. The delivery guys and the staff in the Geelong store (where I went to sit on the chair, see it in person and all questions) were happy, friendly, polite and helpful. Customer service was amazing on every level from enquiries to delivery, including their easy to navigate and informative online store. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but it's exactly how I feel. It was a pleasure to see what customer service looks like with this business. I'll definitely go there again!
