The communication with Lounge Lovers is excellent and delivery timeframe was spot on. We have bought a lot of items from Lounge Lovers and we have never experience any issues to date.

Santa Monica Left Corner Sofa in Florence Natural was delivered today and to be honest it looks really cheap compared to the photos. The fabric looks like a cheap sacking type material and it looks really budget. For almost $3000 I expected way more in the actual fabric and trusted this company to deliver quality but am sadly mistaken this time :(

Communication when the lounge was coming days beforehand and on the day. I appreciated the texts and emails regarding this purchase. The only thing I would say that was a negative, was when I received an email saying my lounge was ready and could be delivered earlier if I was ok with that. I said yes, that would be great. Then received an email saying after looking at my purchase order it would only be delivered on the day that it was promised originally. Not a huge problem to me, but could have checked it out as to when it could come, before sending the first email. I am hoping the lounge will give us many years of use.

Amazing products and incredible customer service. I had a problem with the legs of the table, and the team was incredible, quick, and the exchange was without any problems. Thanks to the team, Jenny, and especially Salam, for his amazing service helping to assemble the legs and checking everything from start to finish, well done Lounge Lovers!!!... Love it!

I placed my order and within a couple of hours I got a message offering me a wide choice of delivery dates.
My order (happy armchair sofa bed green) arrived within 48 hours with lots of communication from the driver with tracking, the delivery drivers were great.
Would definitely recommend this company, great service and great quality.

The stools I bought were exactly as described. Ordering was easy and communication about delivery was exceptional. I was able to book a time that suited me and had excellent communication on the day. While there was a window of time given, I was able to track the delivery with a more precise delivery time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I purchased. She handled all my impatient requests with patience and professionalism, and truly went above and beyond to help me get my item as quickly as possible, especially with my unpredictable work schedule.
The warehouse team were equally fantastic. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was absolutely brilliant and deserves a raise! He was efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and took extra care loading my purchase into my vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail and customer service really stood out.
A genuine 10/10 experience from everyone involved. Thank you all so much. It's rare to receive service like this these days, and I really appreciate the effort from the whole team. I'll definitely be back!

Very happy with Lounge Lovers! The furniture is fantastic quality and offers great value for money. The whole experience was easy and professional from start to finish. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery team were friendly, helpful, and took great care getting everything into the house. Purchased two coffee tables from lounge lovers and although the delivery date was moved out, I cannot fault them. The communication about the delay was outstanding. Lounge Lovers kept me well informed. Delivery was also completed with outstanding communication and the delivery drivers were helpful, efficient and friendly.
The coffee tables I purchased are high quality and as pictured on the website, they look fantastic.
