Pieces of the frame missing and was supposed to receive climbing wall attatchment aswell and this never showed up extremely over priced for what I received

I purchased a swing seat from NI climbing frames during the first lock down. This product was very reasonably priced and and was of far superior quality to the one it has replaced. Delivery was really quick which was much appreciated by family. I would very highly recommend.

Delivery was delayed due to lockdown but communication was poor. However once I had a firm delivery date communication was better and helpful.

Superb service. Can't fault the ordering process and delivery was super fast. The product, a large swing, is excellent quality. Knocks the socks off the stuff you can but more locally. This swing will last years and years. Great company, don't hesitate.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish, delivery and construction was a bit delayed but it was in May so it was still bright. They even swapped the slide for a longer safer one and swings which they delivered free of charge the next day!

The swing frame and brackets are fine. However, a link in one of the chains broke under the weight of our son (75Kg)

I would strongly advise against buying from this company. I spent £10,000 on a garden room from this company's ebay store which looked so professional in the photos. I can only imagine these had been copied from another company as what was sent is nothing like the photos. I have had endless problems. It's been appalling service in so many ways. Firstly it was meant to come in 5-6 weeks and it took 10 weeks after a lot of chasing and paying the couriers extra to deliver the overloaded poorly packaged pallets. Then, the item that came was completely not as described, a cheap alternative, wooden frame, with insulation all to be cut and fitted, not sips as described, missing loads of parts, did not fit together, really cheap wood that is not fit for purpose. No instructions, so took my builders double the time to fit together. The positive reviews are so different from my experience I highly doubt they are legitimate. It's cost me so much to rectify and a lot of time and hassle dealing with Simon on ebay attempting to get a part refund which I have yet to see.

Staff very helpful from picking my frame to after sales. Very professional nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

We purchased the Hexagonal Submarine with Rock wall & Slide. The kids in ADORE it! The excitement has been immense since it arrived. Installation was very quick and the two lads that came to fit it were efficient & professional at all times. One of the pieces of wood I noticed was not 100% (visually), so without quibble the piece of wood was replaced the next day! It looks perfect :)

I cant fault anything. We are very happy.
The thing I would flag to perspective buyers is to ask about care of the piece going forward.

I ordered the Hunters Cabin, polite and friendly service, very flexible to allow me to include additions to the design. Work started on the day agreed and I am delighted with the finished product.

Searched for ages for a Good Quality Gazebo and N I Cimbing Frames came up being from the UK I thought shipping etc to uk mainland etc would outprice this company and if I had a problem they were so far away. I ordered & paid a small deposit I then paid in full just before Delivery and it arrived exactly as arranged brilliantly packed very easy to install with my wife due to easy reading instructions. I had a small problem and they sent a new piece out immediately so "Top Marks" N I Cimbing frames you were Amazing !!!!

We went to NI Climbing Frames on 10/6/21, to look at their sample builds. We spoke with Danielle, who was very helpful and friendly, and left having ordered a pergola, for delivery on 19/7.
We loved their ‘heavy duty’ pergola, but once home we decided wanted quite significant alterations for our own ‘heavy duty’ pergola. We phoned their office two or three times in the following days about this, each time with a new alteration. And the company were very happy to make each alteration.
Then, we couldn’t decide if we wanted the company to fit the pergola, or buy it DIY. So, more phone calls to their office, and definitely more dithering on our behalf. But nothing was too much trouble for them.
A member of staff even rang us a few days before delivery, just to confirm the pergola measurements, and if we had decided on fitting or DIY. Yep, right up to the last minute we still hadn’t decided, and they were absolutely fine about it. We decided on DIY.
The pergola arrived on the afternoon of 19/7 exactly as promised. The delivery men were very helpful and courteous, and brought the wood as far as they could, with Covid restrictions in place.
We love our pergola, terrific quality at an excellent price.

DONT DO IT!! ITS A SCAM!! They have taken my money and I have nothing in return, AVOID, its been nearly a month of waiting for my item. They have blamed the couriers who signed for the delivery on my behalf, (they never delivered it).
Now because the courier signed for it, I can not prove to Ebay that I do not have the item and therefore can not get a refund, the perfect scam NI Climbing Frames WELLDONE!
I have been totally done by NI Climbing Frames and Express Freight.
I am down nearly £300.
Before purchasing I did see negative reviews by other people and thought it would be fine, there is always going to be some unhappy customers but trust me its not worth the risk. If you lose money like I have I DID WARN YOU.

Appalling service- they are advertising on ebay
and said quite clearly in the ad,
"Dispatched within 1 day
Delivery Estimated on or before 17th June" ie one week from placing order
It says they have an item "Available"
They take the order and payment and only then tell you delivery will be 4-5 weeks because the item is made to order !!
They offered a discount if I would wait and when I declined they ignored further emails and refund requests
The only person I have managed to speak to said if I wanted a refund I would have to go through ebay, which you can't do for at least a week and in the meantime more people will be falling into the same trap
At the very least this is misleading behaviour...

We went with ni climbing frames because we thought we were getting a climbing frame that would last for at least 10 years . As the website states ...

“We also have a fantastic range of swing sets and playhouses, all of which provide great fun and long-lasting quality. Our products come with a 10-year anti rot guarantee.”

We spent just over £1500 on a climbing frame and installation in May 2018 and three years later the slide has a large crack in it and is now unsafe to use and there are several other quality issues that have arisen with the installation. I should have contacted them earlier as the crack in the slide started a few months after we had it, but life events got in the way, as they sometimes do!

Anyway emailed them to get a reply to say items not covered by warranty and if I want them fixed need to pay another £352 pounds!!!

So needless to say I am not paying it, so we have a wooden frame with a 10 warranty, but the slide and rope climbing thing are no longer safe to use so for a £1500 we have a swing!

They look good but poor fitting by (NI) climbing frames has resulted in our frame being no longer fit for purpose- don’t waste your money.

This company has had enough chances. I’ve placed orders on 3 separate occasions with them and there’s been missing or incorrect items sent every time with little or no admission of fault. I found that when ordering multiples of each item they usually only send one, and sometimes in the wrong colour. They sent me swing hooks that were 20mm shorter than advertised and useless for 6” timbers (which they told me over the phone would be fine). The last order I waited a month and it didn’t turn up. I had to claim via PayPal.

I can't review this company enough. I took my girls to the showground, choose our frame and spoke to the sales. They were extremely helpful and any questions I had they answered without an issue. We excepted delivery 3 weeks later, this was delivered by the team and they again they were mannerly and very professional. The frame came with full set of instructions which were useful. The frame was put together short of a day, which we were advised of at time of order. My girls are looking a playhouse for Christmas and we will be going back to this company. Well done to the team of NI Climbing Frames, keep up your good work

Sadly I would never recommend this company. I feel we were treated very unfairly and badly. I explained my situation to 2 members of the team before commiting to our frame of having 4 children 2 of which have additional needs which makes it particularly tricky to be in public with the current situation therefore I felt a climbing frame was exactly what they needed to get us by in this tricky time. I rushed to get full payment to the company as was told was currently a 3 to 4 week wait till delivery. Well 4 weeks turned into 7+5days and as a apology received 2 free grass mats, however I lost money on the builder I had already pre booked the weekend after the deadline for delivery. Then was told I need 2 people to help unload this end (understandable) so hired 2 people to help offload as a single parent to then find out needed nobody as it was lifted off by a platform so cost me more unnecessary money. Then I had 2 further unexpected deliveries of wood which obviously was not delivered when was supposed to be (luckily I was in to recieve these unexpected deliveries). Finally when I was able to get a builder back to do the job there was the wrong instruction and not the correct screws, so called up the company to send the correct screws and instructions, had to wait a further 2 days for them to arrive by this point was mid Friday so builder came back on the Monday to find the correct instructions wrong screws! Again called the team and was told that we could go and purchase our own screws! Reluctantly my builder did this but was unable to get them that day and had to wait following day, eventually the company paid the balance of the invoice for the screws the builder purchases, not the extra ones he had to use out of his own equipment as throughout the job it became clear there was more screws needed that first stated. The job was finally complete 15th August when I placed the order May 27th!!!!! That was a hell of alot of stress and disappointment to the children, had I of known I would of took my money and gone elsewhere! This is not how you should treat your customers.

Excellent customer service! Ordered a frame for my daughter's birthday. She is absolutely thrilled with it! Watching her laugh and play on the frame is priceless.. Thanks to the lovely staff for all your assistance!
