As everyone below has said, they are con artists. No Sydney warehouse, delivery from China. Delivery times are long. The delivery company they claim they used appear to have abandoned my package somewhere near my apartment, but have no record of where they actually left it, so I have not received anything. Customer service unhelpful, useless and takes no responsibility for the lies they tell on their website that result in problems. Avoid like the plague.

WARNING stay away from this business, they falsely advertise that they ship out of Sydney when this is not true. I purchased items on the 1/6/24 and was still waiting to receive the package to come from china 4 weeks later. When I escalated this with PayPal nightband co had the audacity to say I was unethical

I’m still waiting for my order to leave China, after paying for express shipping I was expecting to see the product leave an Australian warehouse and be delivered within the week. What a fool I was to think this.
I’m hopeful this is not a scam as the email is not valid thus will not send so cannot even contact the Company to discuss the tracking!

Well I finally received my order yesterday 4/6/24, left in the mailbox in a Jiffy bag which was squashed and battered! I’ve opened the damaged boxes and charged the headbands. Very easy instructions, easy to charge and connect them to wifi. The sound is not clear at all with the volume not able to be turned up past a certain level (not loud enough) the ear speakers are not even so one speaker sits towards the back of your head behind one ear! This is on both headbands so it’s a very cheap and poorly made product. It did take around 30 minutes to charge as per the instructions but have not tried to use the product over night to see how the battery performs. my grandchildren will be the final reviewers on this product as it was purchased for them. Unhappy with the material the bands are made from as one has already “stretched” so is very loose to wear.
This product is not worth the money I paid for it and still…. I cannot contact the company!!!!
Also, my reviews on Facebook have been removed immediately after posting!

About as Australian as fried rice! This places falsely advertisers that they ship from their Sydney warehouse with a transit time of 5-10 days when in actual fact the products are shipped from China, it’s a joke! The postage times, well what can I say, my order has been sitting in China for over two weeks, so much for shipping from Australia right!! Fraudulent misleading advertising, this place is a joke, edit: well over three weeks now and these conmen still haven’t delivered my package, they’ve even blocked me on Facebook and deleted my reviews, absolutely pathetic! Can’t handle people knowing the truth about their scam the bunch of clowns.
Edit: it’s been 26 days now and still nothing! These muppets won’t answer emails often, when they do it’s a generic pile of lies! Absolutely ridiculous, they told me 5-6 days two and half weeks ago, now I can’t get hold of them at all to request a refund, they’re either to stupid and ignorant to answer their emails or just all together ignoring them, WARNING STAY AWAY.
Edit: well it’s been well over a month now and these imbeciles still haven’t managed to make any progress towards delivering my package! I have now called the Australian consumer protection agency and also reported them to the police!
They’ve now taken down all comments from their Facebook account! Pretty pathetic really, can’t handle people knowing the truth about their scam

The seller advertises a full refund will be issued after trialling the product for 90 days. I have trialled the product and am not satisfied so wish to return it and receive a full refund but they have advised the product is to be returned unopened and unused, which isn’t possible. Basically false advertising on their website. Buyer beware.

The speakers are uncomfortable against my ears when lying on my side and the battery doesn’t last long at all. These were the main reasons I wasn’t happy with the product.
