I can't recommend Melissa Luo at Nightglow Studio enough! She was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.
We originally placed an order with another company, but after countless back-and-forth emails, they still couldn't accommodate our custom sizing requirements. With a very tight deadline approaching, I reached out to Melissa hoping she could help.
Not only was she able to accommodate our exact sizing requests, but she also made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Despite the Canada Day holiday, she completed our sign ahead of schedule, delivering it a full day earlier than expected.
Melissa's communication, flexibility, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make it happen, look no further. Incredible service from start to finish. 10/10 recommend!

I've bought custom neon signs from multiple North American companies and I've had the best experience with NightGlow so far. Their customer service, shipping speed, and the variety of signs they offer are amazing. The pricing is very competitive and reasonable as well. I would recommend it to other looking for neon signs!

Fantastic product, with exceptional service experience
Great experience from the start. They were very focused on the details, the coloring and the attention to keeping the end product very close to the image I had. Efficient timeline as well.

High quality piece!
Extremely satisfied with how it turned out! Very easy process from start to finish. We got a sign for our wedding - I went and found an example I loved online and they were able to create it so quick. Once approved- production and shipping was super fast. I was blown away by the quality of the sign. Its so easy for them to look cheap on other websites but this was not like that at all. Very bright and high quality material. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Better than the original
They made the light exactly how it was made almost 30 years ago. My sister was very happy with it and liked it better than thenoriginal. Shipping and craftin was also alot faster than i anticipated.

Melissa provided incredible service! She helped choose a design I loved and answered all my questions in detail. She also was able to do a very quick turnaround within a few days so I could get the sign for an event I was throwing.
