Nightingale DIsabled transport provided an extremlly good service. The member of staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Writing on behalf of my Grandad who uses Nightingale regularly and often speaks fondly of 'Phil'. Today I accompanied him as he travelled to the hospital and I saw for myself what a fantastic person he is, going above and beyond to make sure he was cared for. Phil radiates such a friendly energy during the journey to keep the passenger at ease and once the destination was reached, wheeled him right up to the right waiting area. Being just a phonecall away for when he is ready to be taken home. Thank you so much for taking good care of him :)

From the initial response from Dan answering my call and the communication leading up to the transport arriving on time, was a reminder of what great customer service is all about.

My family escorting my aunt and uncle from a care home in Chingford to Basildon as my aunt needed a wheelchair couldn’t praise Sam highly enough. Her kind compassionate nature and a friendly face put them all at ease.

I am a regular service user for medical appointments, but asked on the off chance if they could take me to see my daughter in PAH, as I struggle with my mobility & couldn't get there without assistance; yet she was desperate to see me. I wasn't sure if this was an available service. Dan kindly sorted this for me.

Nightingale Transport supported my Nan Catherine to Royal Free in London for cancer treatment. Each driver was not only so kind on arrival, talked with my Nan through the drive (she used to live in London so enjoyed reminiscing), but was very supportive even during very long treatment waits. The heating was always on and ready, to make her journey comfortable and it was a personal touch to nerve wracking appointments. Thank you Nightingale Transport, we were so impressed with your perfect service, you were incredible and we will recommend you to everyone and have your details ready for future bookings if we need you :)

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had to get my 86yr old uncle to his wife's funeral, i contacted Dan on a Sunday and he took the time to get back to me straight away. Everything went smoothly and John the driver went above and beyond his duties. Really genuine company.

My appointment lasted a lot longer than anticipated, resulting in Heather having to wait a lot longer than planned. She was extremely kind, helpful & we had a lovely chat.

The service from my initial
phone call to John’s arrival for my family members appointment was brilliant. I’m so happy that we chose Nightingale and we’ll definitely be using them again.

We have used this company a few times for my elderly Mother, who is wheelchair bound. The drivers are incredibly helpful and always on time. We are able to arrange for Mum to travel without a chaperone as they give a complete door to door service.

Dan arranged a long-distance transfer at short notice for my 80-year old mother, who had recently suffered a fractured knee, from the hospital in Harlow near where the accident had happened, back to the midlands where she lives. This was a real lifesaver for us. The whole experience of dealing with Nightingale was fabulous - friendly, understanding, professional and totally reliable. Our driver on the day was brilliant and really looked after my mum - he made the whole experience less scary for her, and I knew she was in safe hands. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you very much to Dan and the team!

Fabulous service all round, everything done with care and attention looking after my mum who is 87, thanks Dan. I would highly recommend using them to anyone wanting this type of service.
