Nightingale Disabled Transport Reviews 

We have used this company a few times for hospital transport to London, staff are always friendly and helpful, timing always excellent without too long waiting around. Most recently today our driver today was Dan who was great. Having had not so great experiences with other companies in the past we are grateful to have Nightingale Transport. Highly recommend!

I booked through Ambulance Service reference number 23896691.
I was transported to SpaMedica Chelmsford on Friday the 19th July 2024 by John at around 1:30 pm. This was a return service back to my home after my appointment.
John was very caring and helpful towards me. On a previous appointment at the Eye Hospital, John was also very professional and helpful.

Brilliant service, always on time with friendly and helpful drivers. 10/10

During a last minute respite placement for my elderly wheelchair bound mother in December 2023, Nightingale Disabled Transport were able to accommodate with very short notice. I was very impressed with the drivers Phil and Steve who transported her there and back. They were both extremely professional and friendly. They both took the stress out of a anxious situation due to my mother's poor mobility. I couldn't recommend Nightingale Disabled Transport more highly. They provide A* service. Thank you very much!

What a wonderful company . Have used them quite a few times for taking my disabled daughter to respite centre .
They are professional ,caring ,and friendly .
They are also punctual and never let us down .

Absolutely wonderful! This is an incredible service that is so needed. I needed to show my wheelchair bound mother a new care home from the one she is currently in. Dan was truly wonderful in helping me to take my mother to do this. He even helped us look at one which was not scheduled.Professional and kind nothing was too much trouble in helping my mother.I will definitely use them again and so wish I knew about them years before. I can now take her shopping and to events in the future .

Communication, assistance and professionalism was top quality. Dan made my mum feel very comfortable and at ease. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Nightingale Disabled Transport.

Nightingale came through when a number of other accessible taxi services weren't able to. They provided excellent service getting my parents halfway across the country for my wedding, from quote to completion. Their driver Phil was very helpful and patient, especially considering the awful traffic conditions and hot weather! We're very grateful to them for ensuring that my whole family could be together for this special occasion.

My wife is wheelchair bound. The hotel was unable to find a suitable taxi to get us to a church for the wedding of our grandson. Our daughter found Nightingale for us. The vehicle arrived on time and not only got us to the church on time, Dan, our driver saw us right through the throng to our seats.
The service from Nightingale was impeccable and removed the stress we would otherwise have had.

It must be a year now that Dan and the drivers at Nightingale disabled transport have been transporting my husband. They are truly amazing! Patient, professional accommodating caring and all so friendly.

Dan was exceptional. I was frustrated as I could not find any transport for my parents to their grandsons wedding, after calling a lot of companies no-one was interested. Then I found Dan from Nightingale. He called me back when he said he would, when there was no driver free he offered to complete the journey. He supported my Mum getting in the vehicle, then supported the transition at the venue from the vehicle and then ensured my Mum was settled and comfortable in the right place. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the service provided by Nightingale was exceptional. I would highly recommend and will always use them when I need support.

Just needed to say how helpful and professional Nightingale Transport are. Them made a stressful day go as easy as possible as funerals are sad time for all.
From start to finish from the first contract with Dan who put at easy From the first call.
Then the driver John who took care of our mum for getting her to and from the funeral so polite and very professional also such a lovely man.
As a family we highly recommend Nightingale Disabled Transport to anyone who needs transport of this nature.

I couldn’t recommend Nightingale Disabled Transport more highly. I have used them in a professional capacity within the NHS and recently with help with a family member; the whole team are always professional, caring and will always do their best. They have never let me down, even with really short notice. They always put their customers first which, unfortunately isn’t always apparent with other transport companies. Dan was incredible from start to finish. Arrived on time, and helped my father out of the house, and provided him with confidence and reassurance he needed. He even helped out when we had one more person than previously thought, an accommodated then without any second thought. Brilliant experience and would definitely recommend!!

I have used Nightingale 3 times this year. I would highly recommend them. Very reliable, very professional & great communication. I would not use anyone else. The vehicles are all clean & modern. The journey is very comfortable for a wheelchair user. Can’t find any faults. Thank you Dan for your friendliness & your help with my mothers trips with Nightingale.

I used Nightingale Disabled Transport so that my parents could attend their granddaughters 18th Birthday celebrations. My Dad is unwell and no longer able to get out of the house without a wheelchair so disabled transport was the only answer.
