Ninety.io just changed the entire game for me. I'm not only using this system to run my business but using a similar leadership framework in my personal relationships. So crazy! Never thought an entrepreneurial book about running an efficient business could be so versatile. It's given me so much clarity on how to grow my business efficiently. It's the perfect roadmap for new entrepreneurs and seasoned business owners. So good! I just replaced overwhelm with overjoy. A must for anyone, really!

Ninety.io is a great tool for people running their organization on EOS (from the Traction book). I am an EOS Implementer and I start all my clients on Ninety.

This works beautifully to help teach a leadership team how to run a business.

Ninety.io helped my business increase the value of running on EOS. It codifies all of our to-do's, meetings, scorecard, rocks, and issues into one place and greases the wheels of communication throughout my organization.

As an EOS Implementer, I encourage every leadership team to use ninety.io! It helps the to weave the EOS tools, framework, and structure into their operational DNA, allowing them to focus on leading and managing the organization. When applied at multiple levels, it greatly enhances cross-functional communication, making for healthy departments, versus silos. Finally, it helps me stay connected to the L10 (heartbeat) of each leadership team, without getting in their way and wasting their time.

Ninety takes great business concepts taught as part of a business operating system and gives entrepreneurs a way to activate, measure, and scale that are frustrating or worse impossible without it. More specifically it removes the need to “do the work” of an operating system and simply lets you run a business using the OS. It creates true executive and operational efficiency.

As COO of multi entity holding company Ninety transformed what I did as a user and allowed us to truly use the tools and systems to drive exceptional results. Now as a business coach for teams it nearly guarantees my clients will get results that without Ninety would be suspect at best. Honestly, this has helped every person be more accountable for hitting their numbers, getting their to-dos done, and knowing how they can help the team hit their goals. I highly recommend using this with an implementor if you are going on the EOS route. But it is such a useful tool for running effective meetings and an effective team.

I love me some ninety IO. Not sure why it’s called IO or ninety, but it’s great. I recently saw them at the EOS conference and I’m just so proud of them and their mission. If I could print processes in a friendly format like the accountability chart that would improve the rating by the 2 stars I am deducting. Documenting process is a big part of EOS & is difficult to implement when using 90io. I essentially have to duplicate the effort to record these at the moment.

Ninety.io has been a life saver for an EOS Admin like myself, as well as for our clients. Prior to using Ninety.io, we were making up our own process for keeping track of the information for each client. We finally tried Ninety.io, and immediately wished we had started using it from the very beginning of our business!

Every bit of data is saved in one place, from the Accountability Chart, to the Scorecard, Rocks, Issues...EVERYTHING! Even better is the fact that you can run your L10 meetings in the program, and even customize your agenda as you wish.

Once our clients are introduced to Ninety.io, they love it just as much. It allows the Implementer/Client transfer of information seamless, without unnecessary steps and excess paperwork. Plus, it is very affordable - worth every dime!

I have enjoyed learning how to use 90io. I feel like it has held everyone more accountable, including myself. It is a great way to bring up any issues we are having and making sure our voices, and opinions are heard and put into action. The one thing I would change is the amount of meetings necessary to use the program effectively. It just seems like the more meetings we have the longer we are away from putting things into action.

Software is very useful. However, sometimes when viewing it on a zoom call, the formatting is a little hard to see everything (Scorecard, etc.). Also, the Accountability Chart is a little clunky with the viewing options. Esp. when one person has a lot of direct reports. I wish the accountability chart was more like the format in Traction® Tools (mytractiontools.com). There is a better view option, where you can see everyone in the chart.
