I signed up just to test the platform because the free trial sounded risk-free, but my experience turned into a complete headache. The pricing and billing system felt very unclear from the beginning. After trying the tool for a short time, I noticed unexpected charges and had a really difficult time getting proper support or explanations.

Absolute scammers. Avoid at any cost.

I started a 7-day free trial, and was immediately charged $99. On the page was clearly written "$0 due today".

I reached out to their support, and they told me it's a deposit and it will be returned after 7 days. I don't know if it will be, but that should be visible on the page, not buried in their Terms of Service.

On top of that, my account immediately got auto-cancelled, and their annoying sales team started to send me emails to upsell me and book a demo.

We need to stop using software like this completely. They truly do not deserve to be profitable and continue these operations.

Somehow, my deleted instagram information from 2021 appears on this site. I have contacted them several times through both their contact option and email to remove my information. I have not received a single response.

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with NinjaOutreach. After being a loyal customer on a Lifetime plan, I was blindsided by the sudden and completely unacceptable cancellation of my plan. When I reached out to support, I was met with the disheartening news that my plan was decommissioned due to "an increase in cloud costs" and a change in ownership.

The response I received was nothing short of infuriating. Despite having barely used the service over the years, I was informed that the company had decided to unilaterally terminate my Lifetime plan—a plan I paid a significant amount of money for—citing that they were "no longer legally bound" to previous agreements. This is a grossly unethical practice that completely disregards customer trust and loyalty.

NinjaOutreach’s decision to abandon their commitment to early supporters who paid when the product was still in its infancy is disgraceful. This isn’t just about legality; it's about morality and honoring your word. The company’s lack of respect for their customers is evident in their dismissive and unapologetic responses.

In short, NinjaOutreach has proven themselves to be an untrustworthy and unreliable service that does not value their customers. If you're considering investing in their platform, be warned: they might decide to change the terms on you without notice, leaving you high and dry with nothing to show for your investment. This experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with them.

SCAM COMPANY!! Sells "LIFETIME Plans" and then discontinues them and leaves you with NOTHING, NADA. You've been warned!!

I just subscribed for a free trial. I can't seem to login. But they were very quick to take my card details.

HORRIBLE company! The product is garbage, but worse, they make it super hard to cancel. Next thing you know you'd have paid 1000s of $$ for nothing.

Like others have posted they are an outright scam. I signed up for a free trial only to find it lacks half the features of a real account, so I could not assess if it was useful or not. I tried to cancel through the portal only to find they don't allow this. I emailed support 5 days before I was due to be charged and requested they cancel it. Charles pretended to not be able to find my account even though I showed him screenshots as proof of my account email and credit card. He delayed it some more until I was charged. I asked for a refund and now he is trying to tell me that once they make a charge they don't give refunds. Not sure what you think, but this is blatant theft and bad business practices. Now I'm doing a chargeback through the bank to get the money back.

The thing is if they actually had a good product I wouldn't have cancelled my account. If they actually had a good product would they have to act like such douchebags? No.

I have repeatedly asked for Ninjaoutreach to remove my content as per their public offer and opt-out option.

It gets escalated then you hear nothing.

They have NO integrity in this matter so why would they have integrity anywhere else!!!!

Massive scam. They attract you with a free trial but then charged my card for $3000

I contacted them 3 minutes after to tell them it was a mistake and they ignored me.

SCAM !!! STAY AWAY !!! they will charge your card with no approval !!!

How is this scam website still up and running?

NinjaOutreach is a SCAM company engaged in unethical business practices that are simply fraudulent. Their cancellation process is extremely inconvenient and confusing (I thought my cancellation had gone through even though it didn’t), and yet they automatically charged my credit card for a year’s subscription to their service ($1850) after my “seven day risk-free trial” advertised under “cancel anytime” ended. How can they promise the ability to “cancel anytime” if they automatically lump sum charge my credit card for a full YEAR without asking me if I want to renew at the end of the trial period? It surely wasn’t a risk-free trial since I’m now out near $2000. Their free trial is automatically set to a yearly billing option—making this the default while advertising “$155/month” is simply deceptive and untransparent.

Not only is the product itself terrible because it didn’t have any of the influencer emails I was looking for, it appears that they’ve scammed many customers using the same tactics by lulling them into a free trial just to obtain their credit card information so they can charge and refuse a refund because of small print buried deep under their terms and conditions (which you apparently agree to by nature of signing up alone). It is sad they make money in this way by setting a trap rather than through an honest and true route of recurring happy customers.

A respectable, law-abiding business would not charge a customer $1,850 without obtaining their explicit permission and would have a fair refund policy so that customers do not have to take to posting reviews in order to get their money back. I suspect there is a reason why they don’t have a customer service representative available over the phone. Instead, you have to engage with an online chatbox before you can get ahold of a human being at all.

In short, they are a scam company engaging in fraudulent practices that definitely violate consumer protection laws. They’ve made thousands through false advertising and untransparent billing practices. If you just read through some of the other reviews on this site from discontented customers who have had a similar experience, it’s clear that they rely on their scammy practices to make money and have cheated many people out of their hard-earned money through predatory subscription tactics.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Dont do it they are scammers, i have a pre paid debit card with 3$ in it i only use for free trials as a safety precaution.. 3 days after their free trial they attempted to charge me $1800 which didnt go thru because of insufficient funds . AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is by far the best option for exporting influencer leads at a high-volume. I was very surprised with how accurate their email data is.

I give 4/5 only because each export contains a few contacts missing emails and there is significant overlap, if you're exporting both from their Insta and YouTube influencers.

DO NOT TRUST this site !!! The data is not updated, a lot of errors and they consider accounts with an engagment rate a little higher than the average like “suspicious” ! If you just look at these accounts there is nothing wrong and you find all data yourself ! DO NOT PAY FOR A SCAM !

It's a scam website. I signed up for a free trial which is deceptively designed to charge you for a year's worth of service($1856). And I contacted the customer service for cancelling my account and refunding, it's useless. They have lots of reasons to keep that money and force you continuing their service. Although you insisit not to. Anybody help me with that money. Watch out, I don't want others have the same unhappy experience like that. Thanks.
