NinjaOutreach software is simple to use and effective!

They stole $2,388 out of my business checking account after I signed up for a free trial. I alerted them immediately that I never signed up for service and NEVER agreed to pay $2,388 for their service. My bank is currently fighting the fraud and I have yet to get my money back. They are scammers.

Customer Services were extremely helpful and swift in resolving a billing issue for me.

The tool itself has good functionality, however, it's not what I was looking for. I was charged for the whole year but after great communication with the customer support team, they were able to sort it out for me. Thanks for your prompt responses and actions!

Very happy with this product. Easy and intuitive to use with no glitches or bugs. Powerful program for many uses. Easy to collect data and download onto your computer. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested.

This website has a listing of my Instagram profile even though I’ve never been associated or affiliated with them. With personal information such as my full name which I removed from my profile over a year ago and is no longer publicly available. When I asked them to take it down as I never consented to this the only response I was given that my private information was ‘publicly available’ and there is a $100 account removal fee. It is absolutely outrageous, morally hazardous and disgusting that my personal information has been stolen, is being displayed on their website and that I am being extorted over it.

Edit: I noticed this review has been flagged so just putting it out there, Trustpilot, I have have receipts of the emails where this interaction took place.

If you are interested in making an offer for ninja outreach you should ask yourself the a series of questions first:

Why does this company have to trick their customers into subscribing to their services?

Why does this company have to bribe people to leave positive reviews on g2, product hunt, trust pilot and capterra?

Why does this company have to use predatory billing policies?

Wonder why this company, whose specialty is social media and especially Instagram has to buy fake-Instagram followers? (check out their follower/like ratio):

Wonder why this company, whose main business seems to be social media marketing decided to delete their own Facebook page?

By now you probably come to the same conclusion as me:
Their product is subpar and this is not a sustainable business model. They don’t have many real customers apart from the people that they tricked into subscribing.

They know that their service is so weak, that is why they have to deceive customers in order to create revenue. And guess who else they are trying to deceive?

Yes, it's YOU!

The CEO, who by the way is not even the founder, bought this business in order to make a quick buck by flipping it. He created revenue in some highly questionable ways to make his numbers look nice. Whoever buys this company will not be able to keep this up for long. It is simply not sustainable.

I signed up and within 10 minutes they charged my credit card AUD2000.
I complained instantly and they came back with a complete lie claiming I switched and upgraded which was a complete lie.
The software seems okay, but now I have my bank and solicitor involved.
Their business practices are unscrupulous and fraudulent.

I enjoyed using the Ninja Outreach platform to explore new ways of finding bloggers for link building purposes. It makes a difficult time consuming task much easier. The support staff were so good at assisting me with setting up my account as well as addressing some other issues.

Customer service is not helpful. They have not answered. In addition they charged my card a full years worth of subscription without me picking which one I would like after my trail ended. So that means I was charged with 1428 USD plus overdraft fees. Would not recommend just based off of the bad customer service experience.

Great tool if your working with email outreach. I am using Ninja to get in touch with publishers and bloggers within the marketing industry. The platform is really time-saving: all tools in one, CSV List upload, Templates, email discovery, extension ( super handy), statistics on email delivery, and seamless integration with g-suite.

Pretty nice tool. Quite easy and intuitive to use and does what it is meant to do, find and contact prospects. I am using it to find potential clients. They also have a great deal of helpful content.

If you are looking instagramer's connect this is the place to get it! They also send emails for you and followup instagramer for you. You can track campaigns and giveaway. This is definitely a must have tool for any brands.

I'm writing this review because they ask me to and normally I won't write review for any product but this is a great piece of software. Sure I got it from their black friday but right now even if you tell me that I have to pay the subscription I would because it's so worth it for reaching out to bloggers.
