Don’t Buy Anything from this site - SCAM
Ordered sunscreen on their website - advertised as 15 bottles. Got a weeks later email saying unfortunately they didn’t have my product in stock and offering an alternative. I agreed. Over a month later package arrived with 1 bottle - when. Questioned it they said sorry mistake on website - they offered me a 15% refund and keep the 1 bottle - DON’T BUY ANYTHING from this site - complete scam.

Absolute scammers. Selling a "discounted" haircare bundle for EUR 580, while bought separately elsewhere, these products would cost EUR 150 maximum.

Way way overpriced - shop around first
I ordered lash serum and was charged money but received no confirmation email. While they were polite and responsive by email it took way too long to confirm they didn't have my order (24 days). They refunded me after this but I noticed prices keep changing on their site and they WAY WAY overcharge......I won't purchase here again. Shop around 1st.

Order ID: IE-NA#P334244930), placed on 13th May 2025. The product was shipped to me in Dublin, Ireland, from Germany (see attached label image), and was found to be an incorrect order which I cannot use.
Despite requesting a return, I was told:
• To send the product back at my own cost to a US address (Handelnine Global LLC in New Jersey)
• Or accept a discount voucher which is of no practical use to me
• That I must return it within 7 days from first contact, which is unreasonable
This seems like an attempt to discourage a fair refund and is causing me financial loss. I seek your support in helping me either:
1. Receive a full refund without bearing international shipping, or
2. Get the return sent to an EU address in line with European consumer rights
Reply: Despite your public assurance, nothing meaningful has happened via email. All I’ve received so far is a vague “consulting internally” update — with zero resolution. The product was left outside my door without consent, and I was never given the chance to reject the delivery, even though your team specifically instructed me to “just refuse it.” When I contacted the shipping company, they made it very clear that they cannot handle such returns and that it’s solely the seller’s responsibility — which I also relayed back to you.
So why was your customer representative giving misleading advice? Was it simply to wash your hands off the situation early on? Or was there never any intention to accept the return — just to stall, delay, and frustrate the customer while hoping the 7-day return window quietly passes? Because that’s what it looks like now. Misguidance at the start, poor communication throughout, and now no accountability when the product is here.
To top it off, every response has come after full-day delays — not even a basic standard of timely support was maintained. You’ve wasted my time, energy, and patience, and now expect me to pay and ship the product internationally on my own? This isn’t customer service — it’s systematic avoidance.
Posting this here so others can make an informed decision before buying. If this comment gets flagged or removed, that too says everything.
