Item available for €90-100 on Amazon including tax postage and packing. Equivalent item on Ninth Avenue is €130 which they say saves 40%. In comparison to what? You are breaking Irish advertisement legal code. In addition their address is an empty unit and their operating company "Handelnine Global" does not exist on the Companies Register (CRO)

The fast service and delivery

I reached out to customer service on the 7th of January and have yet to receive a response. Upon opening the package (Order Number: IE-NA#P860996533) I noticed that the product had spilled, which not only caused wastage but also created a mess within the parcel. The product oxidised and is now worthless. I had attached photos of the product and the packaging as evidence of the issue and received zero response. This company also uses a .ie domain but ships from outside of the EU meaning that there are customs charges on top. Misleading and overall terrible experience. Steer clear.

Ordered a serum from a company I thought was local,with an Irish web address and an Irish postal address, which has been chosen by them as it's a vacant building! Expensive product which I thought was due to the fact that custom and vat charges were included,but I still had to pay custom charges on the random amount that they put on the package.It would have been cheaper to order directly from the U.S company that make the product,even taking into account paying delivery and custom charges.Long delivery time.

This is a highly suspect site. I did get the product I ordered, but I have also received a number of bogus emails requesting additional information so that my order can be delivered, from companies which seem to be related to Ninth Avenue. I queried this with Ninth Avenue to be told that they had had a 'data leak'. The email they sent me looked like pro-forma email which is sent out to everyone who encounters this 'data leak'

This site is an absolute scam! I bought luxury gift for present. After paying I received no e mail that product was ordered or tracking. When contacted first time on chat I was informed it will arrive. On second chat the guy on other end just copied and pasted the item I ordered and gave no further info. When I asked more he replied we have no halal certificate? I think this Says enough. Never purchase from this site. They are thieves and entirely unprofessional. Salman Shaikh thinks his job on chat to help you is to copy and paste and remind you they have no halal certificate. It is at this point you know you have been robbed.

Do not I repeat do not buy have from this shop , they price there items at high prices and cheat you by advertising false images of what you think you are going to get !. They word the items differently to what the image shows and when you finally get your delivery and complain about this they say we worded it ? . And if you want to return they make you pay for postage also. Please do not buy from this company. They also don't have a good system of customer Information as I got a spam email with same information I sent to there website. They are a dodgy company becareful. Same products can be brought elsewhere at a reasonable price and safer transitions like PayPal etc.
