Sabrina was very very helpful and kind. I ordered a product that was no longer available but she suggested a different kind of product including a voucher for my next purchase. She replied very quickly to my emails making sure was satisfied.
She has a great customer service experience.

Do not use this website rubbish customer service easy to take money but they don’t want to refund you it’s nearly 2 months. I haven’t received any refund. I sent lady 200 email but they ignoring me. shame of him.

Really disappointed. One item I bought was never sent, and no tracking information was provided. Support did not respond to any of my emails or enquiries. The cherry on top is that my address and name were leaked to scammers who kept sending fake delivery emails trying to get my card information. The one sent item was drop shipped from the US, and I had to pay customs to get it. Its a nightmare as the item was upwards of 400 USD. Never use this website, please. NEVER!!!! its outright theft and probably a shop run by scammers.

I should have read the reviews before buying. I just didnt think the purchase went through... i went to click on pay now or whatever and the Page kept loading. After i read the reviews i went back to the Page to delete my account. Thats when I realised my purchase went through after all, no email confirming it. Pretty sure i just lost 427 kr but time will tell. In chat now I spoke to Sanjn and she gave me a number 80062229 and I got an email receipt for my cacellation. Money should be back within 3-5 days but I doubt it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered an hair gel for curly hair. After a month I got an email saying that they do not have the product I ordered instead they offered me another product which I refused and asked for refund. they sent me a fake refund reciept and I never got the money back in my account. I tried to contact them several times they kept sending me the same fake payment reciept. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a top quality scooter stool and though delivery was a bit delayed, I received it. Unfortunately one of the metal "feet" on the base was twisted but I have to say: the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. I entered into the purchase with some hesitation (I have been burnt by Chinese companies), but real human beings responded to me quickly and with heart (email and text messages). My emails were answered within 24 hours. I was really very impressed with them (and I have dealt with other companies that were despicable). When things didn't work out (the stool I wanted had since gone out of production and the part couldn't be replaced) they offered me very generous refund solutions. I think paying with a master card or PayPal is a good insurance when purchasing from any company you are not familiar with - but I had no need to resort back to my cc company - I got a full refund in a very timely manner. I feel this company should be given a fair chance. They treated me extraordinary well. Just extraordinarily well.

I ordered two products (shikakai powder and soap nut powder) from this web sight.
It took a couple of moths before I got just one of the products (shikakai), and when I now finally got it in the mail it smells wrong - not earthy black tea like it should, but rather like pellets for rabbits. I’m pretty sure it is fake👎

I purchased 2 tubes of Face wash which took a month to arrive only to have been sold 2 x 20ml tubes the 200ml tubes cost the same as i was charged for 1 sample size tube BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY very misleading should be reported

Ninth Avenue.au - (although they claim to be "Australian" ) is actually an Indian (or thereabouts) company with many different websites selling overpriced items - wouldn't suggest buying anything as it's unlikely you will ever see it - or it will be wrong - and good luck trying to send anything back!!
Stay away from ANY of their websites, AU, EU, UK... probably many others....
All pretty dodgy... ;-)
