I have used NM Finance twice now and has both times been a really great experience, mortgages can be so intricate but Ben Underdown has been amazing at talking through all the best products for me, making sure I understand everything (which is not hard as Ben makes it very easy) always well prepared.
Rebecca also has been amazing with talking me through the right insurances for me
Both are excellent at their profession and make it a stress free process, I am recommending to friends and family

Max Mace, the boss is excellent - well informed and proactive. But a special shout out to his Post Offer Administrator Shannon Casling, who managed my neurotic inability to cope with paperwork and seemingly pointless questions from the Building Society with tact, charm and efficiency. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Gregg has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. From start to finish he was professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. I have a series of complex and difficult mortgage matters currently beg dealt with by NM Finance. They have treated all matters in a knowledgeable, professional manner. In addition, they have all treated me with the utmost courtesy, kindness and understanding.

We were introduced to Neil from our existing Mortgage Broker , what we needed was specialist , Neil helped us through the process even when it got a little complicated he advised us all the way through , making the process much easier to get it too the finish line.

Gregg gave me top notch service as always. He has been sorted my mortgages out for about 8 or 9 years now and always gives great service.

Gregg was absolutely fantastic. So proactive and engaging. He was even able to smooth over a potential issue with one of the solicitors and was able to explain everything clearly to me.

I contacted Neil about a year ago and was recommended by a friend of mine.My financial situation like credit score and income wasnt great and was turned away by two other Mortgage advisors.
Neil took my case and after 2 refusals he got me the mortgage.He was very effecient and response times were exceptional.Cant thank him enough.

Wow! What a team! Shannon was so helpful, responsive & BRILLIANT and managed to get our completion in place early. The team at NM finance are pretty awesome. I have to mention Max who got the ball rolling for us and got us a great deal, and the lovely Rebecca who is sorting our life insurance. We have used NM Finance for many years and would not go to anyone else. Highly recommend.
