Noa Singapore is one of the worst…

Noa Singapore is one of the worst online brand in my years of purchasing items online.

Purchase of Mattress, Bed frame, quilt covers etc
- The price is competitive at the first instance. I bought my mattress for about 600 sgd and the bed frame for another 800 sgd. As usual, customer service made contact after purchase on delivery

ABSURB installation fee
- It was mentioned that i paid 50sgd for installation and Customer service reminded me that it would only be for mattress installation. I was a bit confused and asked which part of mattress required "installation". To which, they did not reply.

They were however quick to mention that for bed frame installation, it would cost me 250 sgd to get it installed. Bear in mind that is like 25% of the cost of the actual product! I declined and asked them if they would at least deliver it to my room so i may do my own installation.

To which, stated in their email "YES, it will be sent to the room of your choice".

DELIVERY
Delivery was prompt but the nightmare started here too. I stay in a terrace (2 + 1 attic) and bed room is in the attic. When the mover moved up to 2nd floor, they stopped and said they cannot proceed to 3rd floor as there will be additional charges. I told them the CS has mentioned clearly it could be sent so what is this additional charges now? They say sorry cannot bring it up. They were planning to leave it on the stairwell of my house and i told them to send the product back as i refuse to pay nor bring up the bed frames myself. They said ok and brought it back.

CUSTOMER RECOVERY
Obviously by now, i want a full refund of the product and contacted their customer service. The CS mentioned that they will consider this a failed delivery and i need to pay an additional 75 dollars for the failed delivery. In additional, they will still NOT bring the product up to the third floor and would need to pay an additional 125 sgd dollars to do that.

This is absurd and ridiculous. At this moment, the NOA SINGAPORE Customer Service has stopped communication and everything is in limbo. Legal is in order so i am just sharing how terrible i feel as a customer.

We can confirm that our delivery service options are clearly indicated and described at checkout, in order to allow our customers to select the option that's most suitable to them (see below for your reference). As per your order confirmation email (invoice), you selected the Mattress Setup option, which only includes the unpacking and placement of the mattress itself; it doesn't however include the unpacking or assembly of the bed frame.

In terms of delivering your order to the room of your choice, we can confirm that this is indeed included in our delivery service (all service options). That being said and indicated our website, certain additional fees may apply, for example if a lift / elevator is not accessible and / or if the scheduled delivery is missed or needs to be rescheduled.

We're truly sorry if any of this information was missed while you were shopping on our website however, we certainly hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding, and thank you so much for your understanding.

Absolutely horrific experience

Absolutely horrific experience - stay away from this company and placing any orders. It’s going to be 2 months until I can receive my couch that I ordered last month. Customer service is a joke and non existent they offered first a $75 dollar credit bc when I initially ordered the couch their inventory was wrong and I had to wait one month for it to be restocked - then I was offered $40 to compensate me for the extra wait .. my couch won’t be delivered for another 4 weeks!

I will do everything I can to ensure no one buys anything from this company and also seeking legal action as they lied about their delivery and turn around time for service.

I am not the one to leave negative reviews but this is by far the worst experience and everyone must be made aware of the shady business practices they have.

So disappointing!
I purchased a Venice bed frame that included ‘free delivery’. 3 days later an email came out indicating I needed to pay for delivery fees 260 CAD +Tax. Felt like a scam!
I requested a call from a supervisor who was no help and offered a 60dll reduction on delivery fees, which is laughable.
A request for a full refund ensued.
I will never buy products from Noa Again based on their lack of accountability on their delivery promise. Most businesses would want returning costumers which didn’t seem they cared.

Excellent First Class Customer Service

Ordered the Pacific modular sofa/chaise and delivered as stated within the estimated delivery date range. Quality is quite good relative to the price paid. The 5 stars is heavily based upon my wonderful experience dealing with the Customer Service, specifically Christina and her team! Great effort and your professionalism and courtesy are very much appreciated!

Modern, needs improvement in quality

Fast delivery, beautiful modern design but material gets very fussy after only 2 months of using. Now, after only few months of using, the material looks very bad. New couch looks like I have it for years.For that price I was expecting higher quality materials. Even my old, much cheaper couch from IKEA had better material.

Typically, pilling is the result of friction / rubbing on a fabric on a regular basis, caused by normal wear and tear. In other words, the pilling may be caused by the rubbing of certain articles of clothing (or other items such as a throw blanket) against the sofa cover. The simplest way to remove pilling on your sofa is with the use of a fabric shaver, which is a quick, easy and common method.

Flow is Canada’s best value for money sofa

Got the gray coloured Flow sofa after looking at options to buy sofas for over 2 weeks. I went with Noa because the price was great. If you’ve looked at modular sofas.. you know they aren’t cheap. I’m just outside the GTA, and they still had it delivered within a few days after purchasing. Just be sure to look out for an email from them / their delivery partner to confirm your delivery ASAP. They also responded to my email within hours. It’s been a solid week or so. It is on the firmer side, so if you’re looking for something you sink into, you probably want to check something else they carry. But I’d say for the form factor and price, there really aren’t many other options out there. Overall satisfied, especially with how good it looks.

Best mattress and sofa!

We got our toddler’s mattress, sofa, and pillows from Noa. After 2 years, the mattress still feels wonderful, lots of restful sleep for our kid and we love our sofa, firm and comfortable. Now I want to get the mattress for our primary.

Wouldn’t price adjust for a $500 difference in sale price

The company sold me a sofa for $1500 plus tax, and then reduced the price a few weeks later to $900-$1000. When requesting a price adjustment, I was brushed off. It’s a shame because the colour was wrong too but I had to keep it.

Don’t buy from here. They say that the bed frame they sell is cream and it came and is literally light grey. No way it’s cream or as advertised. They are doing nothing about it

Poor quality sofa and NIGHTMARE company to deal with

UPDATE: 3 weeks later and half of my return has been collected. The delivery guys have been great - this is Noa’s fault but they are unwilling to get a grip and manage this. They are STILL holding ££££s of my money which I cannot have refunded until they receive the return which they have full control over and are delaying (and I’m paying them for this horrendous privilege).
AVOID BUYING FROM NOA at all costs!

Original review: Bought my sofa which was really uncomfortable, didn't 'flow' despite its name (the component parts of the sectional sofa do not sit snug alongside each other so there are gaps basically between the parts). I've been waiting for collection (note the £100 refund cost) since it was delivered and the latest in a string of mishaps is that the collection time (from being told I have 11.30-3.30 slot) becomes 7.30pm on a Friday night - they arrive at 8pm and their van is full so cannot collect. I'm back to square one with no collection time available in the next week that I can do having rearranged my diary for the previous failed collection slot and no-one at NOA home ever answers the phone and email replies are slow and non-committal.

Stay away

I bought a sectional despite the reviews that were not that positive. I gave it shot. Not only is the sofa’s fabric very cheap and looks like it will be worn out within weeks, one part of the sofa was delivered with its wood support broken and armrest completely unstitched… Because the sectional was delivered a few weeks back and we didn’t want to unwrap it as we were completing some major renovations works, Noa doesn’t want to take it back or replace the damaged part although multiple pics were shared to support our case.
This is unacceptable and certainly last time we’ll order from this site. The poor quality of the fabric is also really a concern.

Disappointed

So disappointed with the purchase of my Osaka bed in Cream. It’s a nice bed but the colour is literally grey, NOT cream at all and doesn’t look anything like the shade in the photo. At first I thought they had accidentally sent me the wrong colour since I know the bed also comes in grey but this is a much lighter grey than the grey they sell it in. Don’t know what to do and it’s too late to return as I just moved into my new house and opened it from having purchased it a few weeks ago :(

We love our Noa sofa and ottoman

We love our Noa sofa and ottoman. Because of its modular design and low profile, it fit down our narrow basement steps and then configured into an amazing comfy lounge space. We’ve had it for a year and it looks as fresh as day 1. Very happy with the quality and longevity.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Where to start? We requested a specific delivery day and time, which they didn't do. They wanted us to pay for a redelivery even thought it was their fault. Then finally 3 weeks later when the sofa arrived, they delivered the wrong component, and when we reached out to them, they said the sofa wasn't in stock so we had to wait another 2 weeks for this. We told them not to bother as we wanted a refund, they are now claiming since it's been 30 days we cant get a refund, even though the sofa isn't even fully delivered. Don't waste your time. There are more convenient and reliable sofa companies who wont scam you.
