Satisfactory Customer Service, Great Couch!
UPDATE: Noa Home did eventually work with me and take action on my issues. I have now received the couch and I do love it, great product and I have been told that they will use the customer service issues for training.
PREVIOUS: I researched couches for about a year before deciding on Noa, which I now regret. As I have not yet received the couch, this review is specific to the customer service team I have had to deal with just to get to this point in the customer experience. Firstly, I was booked in by their third party delivery company. Within 5 min a rude and patronizing agent called me from the delivery company stating that a mistake was made and I will either just have to book in for next week (I had a trip I would have to cancel) or "you can come get it yourself". At that point I ended that call as it was not productive and as a customer, I shouldn't have to endure. I called Noa for assistance. I worked with 4 different agents (Alex, Ara, Thyna, Rachel and, allegedly, the Manager Christina). I had to explain my issue every time I spoke to someone new and they would express their empathy and value for me as a customer but never offer a solution as "it is out of their control". They told me they cannot help with any delivery bookings and repeatedly didn't fulfil their promises to follow up with me.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service.
They work with Rhenus Home Delivery who store their stock and deliver. After almost 2 months a delivery is arranged by RHD. Then I get a call saying Noa advised us to not deliver. You need to call them. For Noa to tell me "we didn't tell them that" so I had a back and forth of each company blaming the other. Finally after a week delivery arranged. Delivery day comes round for my 4 piece modular, they delivered 2 right arms and 2 middle parts. Not a full sofa. Rhenus have disconnected their contact number as they have moved to CS via whatsapp. They dont deal with me as its shown delivered. Noa just tell me "Our delivery partner will be contact you within 2 days" Not once have they reached out to me to keep me posted on my exchange 2 days before the world shuts down for Christmas. Worst CS ever. The half a sofa I have is comfortable and what I wanted, but I will never buy anything from this company again.

Unwrapped to find a discolouration stain…
Beautiful sofa but the middle portion was delivered with a weird discolouration or stain on the fabric. I ordered in a timely manner to ensure delivery before a move and finally unwrapped everything to find this. Very unimpressed!

Pacific Modular Section
Purchased the Pacific Modular Section - 2 out of 4 pieces came with a yellow tint on the color, 3 had different stitching so I now have 1 modular couch with 3 different fabrics.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience, received a repacked sofa from another customer. Requested an exchanged, 10 days later it was finally approved after alot of back and forth. A week after both the sofa's started to make noise, discovered a manufacturing defect in the structure, sent an email letting them know, but I just ended up fixing it myself. I'd be willing to give them another chance, the only thing I ask is just to take customer inquires with a higher level of respect and seriousness. I'm no stranger to furniture, worked many years in sales and management for a similar company.
Reply 2023/12/08: The Order# 60067136 if you wish to look it up for more information. The order was placed in my wife's name, but I handled the communication with Alex and customer service.

Shockingly bad
Chose these as they had sofas in stock. I have never wrote a review but this one is needed.
So ordered the sofa all went fine and was delivered on time as promised.
Upon opening the sofa the first piece was covered in stains (not the first person to have this it appears) Having worked in the furniture industry I then noticed there was zero fire safety labels on. I was told by them they all have them on and they are on it which was incorrect so the 3 items I had not one had the labels on which may I add is law in the UK. I was also amazed at the colour which was certainly grey in any light and not cream in anyway at all. The sofa was also like sitting on a brick. The arms had that little padding on you can feel the edge of the wood frame with hardly any pressure to do so. I contacted them and was offered a £90 refund for the stains. So a STAINED brand new £1500 sofa they deem a refund of £90 is adequate. I refused. I advised they need to take it back. If you are in the same boat as we was here is some tips…
1. The goods are NOT custom goods as they are NOT made to order so you can return these items regardless of what they say.
2. It is not for you as a customer to pay £100 return fee as the consumer by law can not be financially penalised.
3. If there are no labels stating:
Fabric
Place of manufacture
Date of manufacture
States meets fire regulations
Then return it immediately as it is likely if you have a fire it will go up in flames like petrol.
In the end we had it returned and had a full refund.
My honest opinion read the bad reviews they are not lies I never read them but if I had would have saved myself a lot of headaches. I have now purchased from a reputable UK high street supplier and will never embark on a web search for sofas again.

I recently purchased 2 sofas from Noah home and was extremely impressed with their service, by phone, email and the delivery team. Unfortunately I had to return both of the sofas. Alex, the rep I spoke to was amazing and very understanding regarding my return. Pick up of the items for return was prompt and my refund was processed within an appropriate length of time.

Worth your money!
We ordered our new noa mattress as a friend of ours had ordered from this company, having slept over and tested the mattress we were quite interested! A year later we decided to make the dive and purchase the new mattress for our new place and we absolutely love it! As with any boxed mattress, you should let it re-inflate and air out for around 24-72 hours just to allow it to come to full size and density and air out any smells it may have. It was easy to unbox and place on. While it is a heavier mattress, it is incredibly comfortable, supportive, and well-constructed. We eventually plan to get our other mattress replacements from here as the quality is unmatched! We also love that the shipping company allows you to select the best delivery date which made it so easy for us as I was unable to move it myself and I knew my Husband would be home!
