Not enough stock and very poor delivery unfortunately

Having purchased your Luxe mattress about 3 years ago, we wanted another for the guest room in our new house. In Sept23 was told the double was out of stock and maybe Jan24 until it arrived. So we compromised and ordered the standard Noa mattress. Numerous issues with delivery - having booked a day (and arranged to be at home)we had communication on it being '3hr window'/'nearly there'/precise 'ETA of 11:38' etc. and it never arrived. Numerous WhatsApp messages, phone calls later, finally spoke to somebody in customer service and they still didn't know where it was. 2 weeks later, a mattress eventually arrived the weekend AFTER we had to make alternative accomm arrangements for friends visiting. Not ideal at all.

Beautiful sectional but took 3 weeks to get the correct pieces.

Hi there. I placed the order on Nov 4th and was pleasantly surprised that the delivery was set up for Nov 11th. I was so excited that we’d be getting it so quickly but when I unwrapped the 3 pieces (after the delivery men were gone - since they don’t wait) I noticed that I got the middle piece twice and was missing the right arm chair. So I called Noa Home to let them know about the situation but was asked to leave a voicemail. Since I only got a callback 2 days later, I’m assuming the call center was closed over the weekend (something the IVR didn’t mention. Even though everyone was nice over my email interaction and cooperative, I was only able to get the pieces swapped TWO weeks later. We love the Flow sectional but having a wrapped piece in our living room for 2 weeks was a horrible experience. There are worst things in the world for sure but because I didn’t want that extra piece to get dirty, we had to wrap it and leave it there in the middle of the living room. I understand there is a delay for deliveries but because the sectional was paid for and we had an extra bulky package we couldn’t use, I would’ve assumed the exchange was going to be a lot quicker. Had we been missing a piece, it would’ve been less problematic but having that extra piece and not be able to use it was definitely an inconvenience. One that lasted 2 weeks. I don’t regret buying the sectional because it’s beautiful and comfortable but definitely not a great experience.

Second noa mattress I buy, you can't go wrong with them.

Amazing quality mattress for a great price, delivered to my bedroom. Cut the plastic open and it'll soon be ready to use. Done it with a toddler, and it was as easy as it could be. Honestly? Keep this quality up and I don't see myself ever buying mattresses anywhere else. I'm sleeping perfectly now. Thanks a lot!

1. Purchasing online - smooth and seamless transaction. Bought the flow modular sectional
2. Shipment and delivery - got frequent updates about my order status, and I was able to select a delivery time that works best for me. The delivery was hassle free, the delivery men were communicative all throughout, right up until the furniture was in my living room.

The product I ordered was in stock and was delivered within 1 week.
I order in October 2023, writing this review in November 2023. I’ve had the furniture for just under 2 months, no issues or complaints about it. No issues with quality or comfort.

Great mattress

I am 6 months in and the mattress holds up great. It's the best mattress I have ever owned, and I've owned a few, including more expensive ones. The combination of spring coils and memory foam must have done a trick as I do not suffer from back pain anymore. Especially if you need lots of pressure points, this product is for you. Highly recommended.

First, I bought a sofa and a rug to update the one I had. The sofa is very confortable, well made and beautiful. Then, I needed a new mattress and bought the Noa. I am as pleased as with the first order with the mattress. Excellent mattress, firm, good quality and very comfortable.

Perfect Styling and Scale.

Appreciate the small curated collection. Purchase, delivery and set-up was seamless.
Love the design, shape and scale of the Osaka bed.
Only wish is that the fabric description was a bit more specific. Specified cream but reads dove grey.

The couch is gorgeous

The couch is gorgeous, comfortable and even more stunning in person than in the photos... very well priced and delivery is efficient. One issue is the 'pokey' feathers that occasionally come out of the cushions in the back, but not sure there is a fix for that?

Return Process Painful

I have been suffering from lower back pain and in search of a good mattress. I ordered from Noa a mattress that I thought would be the right fit, unfortunately after sleeping on it for two consecutive nights, I realized it is absolutely not the right fit, given I wake up with more back pain in the morning, so I had to drag the old mattress out to sleep on. I reached out to Noa to start the refund process, they are asking me to sleep on the mattress for 30 days, I will not sleep on the mattress that is not the right fit for another 28 days and live in more pain. I asked to have a manager call me back, they said they will arrange that, but that never happened, instead I got a generic email saying it is not possible to return before 30 days. Will not recommend Noa to anyone.

If a customer decides that the mattress isn't suitable for them, they can return it for a full refund, no question asked. That being said, we ask that our customers use their mattress for a minimum of 30 nights prior to proceeding with their return, as indicated on our website and customer invoices.

Horrible

Horrible. Terrible customer service. Horrible delivery. Couch came with stains and MUD on the corners, they only offered an adjustment of $200 or so on an over $3000 couch. So disappointing and would not recommend. The couch material is cheap, not worth the price. We have not had it for a year yet and already losing its shape and piling on the fabric. The “L” lounge chair part is not attached and moves out every time someone sits on there. I am constantly putting the couch back together at a minimum of 3x a day. Before this we had the replica from Structube for 1/4 of the cost, and it lasted YEARS, no problems at all. Highly disappointing from start to finish.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOA HOME. I got "couchfished" by noa home and they did nothing about it.

The company shows a couch that resembles a white/ cream colour and is named "CREAM" on the website. However, when it arrived I was convinced they accidentally sent the wrong colour. Turns out is WAS the correct colour and they fully lied and distorted the colour of the couch in the images on their website. Said "CREAM" couch is actually a grey colour. Customer service has no solution other than the customer paying $150 out of their own pocket to return. HORRIBLE!

Paid for samples which was odd compared to other sofa company’s as normally free. But nearly 4 weeks on I haven’t received them. Just keep getting told in transit. Clearly a scam company. Stay clear

AVOID PURCHASING FROM NOA

Truly awful service. Delivery cancelled twice an hour before ottoman was due to arrive. When it finally arrived it was damaged not even wrapped properly. Try to contact Noa regarding the failed delivery attempts and not even an explanation was given. Awful communication, terrible customer service and product damaged!
