Be Prepared to Email Photos of Your Government Issued ID Over An Unsecure Server

This isn’t a review of the product itself but of the company. I recently purchased a bed frame from Noa Home that I was super excited about, it was exactly what it was looking for! I placed my order and received an email requesting photos of two pieces of government issued photo ID be emailed to them so they can verify my identity for customer ‘protection’. Needless to say, I didn’t complete my order. As a reminder to others, it’s unwise to be sending images of your government issued photo ID to strangers on the internet not least because you have no clue how they’re properly storing (or disposing) of this information to ensure it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. They’re also asking you to send it over an unencrypted server (just plain ole email) which comes with its own set of security issues, not to mention that if you don’t delete the images of your ID from your phone it increases the chances of this sensitive information falling into the wrong hands should you ever be hacked. No piece of furniture, no matter how beautiful or perfect it may be, is worth risking having your identity stolen.

Thanks for calling me back few days ago. I will not disclose here of our conversation but I will list again the defect and the issues we had :-

1. Threads - there is a bubble of thread on the main sofa
2. One side of the seating when you put your hand, it dent and it take two hrs before it gets back to its normal state
3. You confirm that we can click the sofa together and this was confirm to me again when you call me to discuss this review. My son has now sent an email that confirm that this sofa does not have the click which means that you have given us the wrong information when we purchase the sofa. You did again when we spoke so either you deliver the wrong sofa or the email from your company gives us the wrong information

I am very surprised that you decide to reply back to my review to say that you have given us options and since we refuse the options you decide to charge us to collect the sofa. I will take this matter further as you inform me on the phone that you will call back after investigating the issue. You however decide to reply back to my review.

We purchase in good faith and wait for the goods for a few months. If the goods have defects, it is our right to return the sofa. Your return policy says if you are unhappy with the purchase then you will charge us. This is defect which you have clearly accepted.

A sofa you can really sink into… 🤤

The Miami sofa is super luxurious, comfy and soft. It’s one of those sofas you can really sink into and still looks fresh and modern. I loved how speedy the delivery was and how they took their time navigating the narrow hallways and elevator to bring the sofa into the right room! 🙏🏻

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, the sofa was so easy to put together and looks great! We went for the Madison sectional. We have 2 dogs and a toddler and little spills are so easy to wipe away too so that’s definitely a bonus!!

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. Nice mattress but firmer than expected. And it's extremely heavy, so not that easy to tuck bedsheets in as I have to try and lift the mattress each time.

I can't rate my experience of buying a new sofa from Noa highly enough. Not only is my sofa absolutely wonderful; it was delivered in a matter of days, on time and in mint condition. Through the busying and delivering process the service team at Noa were impeccable too: patient and prompt with all correspondence. Fantastic.

Excellent Quality and excellent customer service

I ordered two major items - the Porter Sofa and the Osaka bed. Quality is impeccable. I called Noa for a little help with the sofa, and Christina was more than helpful, efficient and responded in a timely manner. I can't state enough how great these pieces are and I am very happy with my purchases. You cannot beat the price for the level of quality. I don't have a negative thing to say about the company. They have been excellent. I am happy to write this review.

Never buy from them this was the worst experience getting something delivered. It's a simple mattress. All the support said something different. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

First of all, the sofa looks great, unfortunately Noa Home have delivered 3 x faulty sections of our sofa and now are refusing to sort it, they've told me i'll need to keep the faulty sofa, which is against my consumer rights.

I have now no option but to pursue this via my credit card, the customer service is woeful, they delivered my sofa a week before Christmas and here we are nearly 6 months later and i've still not got a proper working sofa.

I've been emailing back and forward and calling multiple times, if you end up with a faulty sofa or an issue you'll be struggling big time to get it resolved, constant excuses about the item being out of stock and trying to brush my issues under the carpet by offering me £40-£80 off the sofa.

Just seen the response from Noa, the reason we needed to request a fourth replacement is because you continually send faulty items.

We rejected the last attempt as again you sent a faulty item which your delivery partner also confirmed.

I've had to go down the route of doing a chargeback on my credit card which is frustrating.

If your on the fence about ordering then I would give them a miss. Worst customer service I've ever received.

Respectfully, we have to disagree with the statements you've shared with the Trust Pilot community as they're simply untrue.

While we fully appreciate the frustrations caused by the fact that you received defective components with your modular sofa, our team went above and beyond to provide you with multiple resolution options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

When you reached out to our team to request a fourth exchange (which has never been required before with any other customer, for any of our products), we agreed to proceed however, explicitly outlined that this was the final exchange that would be offered, and that the new replacement would not be eligible for another return nor exchange. We also provided you with the option to keep your sofa as is with a more generous discount than the one disclosed in your review, or to return your entire product for a full refund.

Ultimately, you opted to proceed with the final exchange, and were still unsatisfied with the fourth replacement provided. As we had initially explained, this would be the final attempt at an exchange, and for this reason, we're no longer able to proceed with further exchanges nor returns on your purchase.

Kennedy Couch

Hi All, I purchased the Kennedy couch less than 1 year ago. It’s very comfy and looks good, but the stuffing has lost a lot of its firmness. I would not recommend this couch if you’re looking for a firmer couch.

Osaka bed

I was definitely hesitant to order from Noa as there are such varying reviews, but I am happy I did!

I ordered the Osaka bed in cream. It is definitely more light grey than cream, but I knew this ahead of time from the swatches I ordered. The website said it would be delivered by end-April and the delivery arrived just on time. The delivery company was very easy to coordinate delivery with and the movers were extremely professional.

The bed was packaged very well and there was zero damage or missing parts. We could tell when we were building the bed that it is high quality. Instructions were easy to follow and the bed went together with zero issues and is sooooo beautiful. Very happy so far and hoping it lasts us for years to come!

Not a great quality!

I bought a Soho sofa a year ago and the back cushions lost their shape and it's impossible to fix it. I don't give 2 starts only because the sofa is steardy.

Also customer service is very poor, it looks like they use canned responses and don't willing to help :(

Do not buy

Loved my sofas in the beginning, but needed 3 cushions replaced as they are now flat. I haven’t had the sofas long at all, going back on forth with emails. They won’t replace them for me. Me and my husband work full days and only sit on these sofas in the evenings. Im shocked and wouldn’t buy from them again!

THEY DID NOT OFFER NO REPLACEMENT OF ANY OF MY CUSIONS, LET ALONE ONE OF THEM. THEY KEPT REPEATING THE SAME EMAIL THAT IS HERE FOR ALL OF YOU TO SEE.

However, due to the issue at hand not falling under the warranty and guidelines, we are afraid we cannot do the exchange for your cushions.

Absolute garbage customer service

Absolute garbage customer service. I had a delivery scheduled for more than 28 hours away. Personal circumstances changed and I needed to reschedule the delivery. I called and left multiple messages in an attempt to let them know. Well within a 24 hour window.
No response. No possibility of speaking to an actual person. When they finally tried to deliver the product I couldn’t be there to receive it. Now they want to charge a REdelivery fee OR a RESTOCKING fee. Absolutely not. How do they propose someone deal with this situation when it’s impossible to reach the company or the delivery service to make adjustments. Honestly the most frustrating experience. I’m canceling out of principle alone. Just garbage service from a bunch of reply bots.

Unfortunately, as per our delivery policy, a cancellation fee applies should a customer no longer be available to receive their order on the confirmed scheduled delivery date. As your order was confirmed and scheduled for a specific delivery date, this fee would have applied even if our third party transporter would have been able to accomodate a new delivery date. As well, we can confirm that they attempted to reach you over the phone one day prior to the scheduled date however, we unable to get a hold of you.

We completely understand your disappointment and are sorry if you missed any of these details on our website when placing your order with us, although we make sure to include as much information regarding our delivery service and policies for our customers to refer to, to avoid any disappointment.

Top Tier Service by NOA Team

This is my second purchase with NOA, and have recommended my family member to purchase from NOA as well which the purchased went well.

Firstly, NOA website is easy to navigate and the whole purchase was made simple.

Secondly, the dispatch team will call to arrange for delivery with no hassle at all.

Lastly, the customer service is quick in response with enquiry when I e-mail to enquire about bed protection cover. That say, during my first purchase in 2020, there was a need to delay the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances to my home renovation, and NOA work out a solution with me to get my requirement sorted out.
