Following up, as this still isn't resolved, and likely won't ever be.

It takes over a week to get a wishywashy response. I asked to cancel and get a refund, 7 days later they follow up with "are you sure you want to cancel?", and the whole thing stalls for another week. Once I made the charge-back claim via Paypal, I magically received "tracking", except the link is broken, and the URL is completely unrecognisable. Just another layer to the scam. It's just clear delay tactics to keep your money for as long as possible, probably hoping you get bored.

Myself, and others, have been calling them out for scamming on their social media pages, and they are deleting those comments instead of responding to them. Cowards.

Thankfully a chargeback via your bank/paypal is simple, but save yourself a few weeks hassle and just completely avoid this "company".

Ordered 10th April. Order also appears to have fallen into a black hole. I've sent emails asking for updates on my parcels travels around the universe and any chance of a postcard on its next stop? Apparently it was sent...then it mysteriously was back in quality inspection some days later 🤔 I have zero hope of my parcel re-entering the earth's atmosphere.

Just insanely bad. Ordered three items, got the confirmation email immediately.

Then......nothing.

Order never moved to dispatch. Never updated. Nothing. Waited 10 days and emailed politely asking for an update.

No response at all.

It doesn't take over 10 days to post out three items. It's not like they're making them.

And if there's going to be a delay, how about this - just let customers know. Or if you can do that, maybe just respond when they contact asking for an update.

Or....if you're SO busy orders are taking over 10 days to dispatch and you can't find time to update or respond to people who you've received money from, how about stop taking more orders? Stop advertising? Maybe temporarily close your shop due to, you know - not being able to fulfil the orders you already have.

But no - still advertising, still taking orders.

Honestly the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I have raised a claim with my bank to recover the money that they have. Of mine. That was spent on the understanding that they would send my order.

DO NOT take a chance. Do not order with them. Just don't.

Ordered items weeks ago, still haven't arrived, i also read bad reviews about clothing quality so tried to message and ask for the order to be cancelled/refunded but the e-mail address provided on their website is not in use, just seems like an u reliable 'company'

my order was lost with royal mail (no fault of the sellers), when i did contact they offered to reorder the items and advised that i would get a confirmation email about this and i should ‘keep a look out’ (to me this means i will get confirmation about this shortly ?), i never did so i emailed again asking whether these items are being reordered and if they’re still in my size. when i received an email back about this i was told quite rudely it would be between 5-10 working days, like i was meant to know they have to check in with the sellers/warehouse they buy from ??? but they couldn’t tell me anything about the items and advised id have to wait a further 10 working days just to know if these items were still in my size/available (i don’t have the foggiest why this would take 10 working days but hey ho)- i had already waited 2 weeks since the initial order with only a ‘dispatched’ email. i have asked for a refund 48 hours ago and im still awaiting a response. its now been 3 weeks since i ordered my items and i have no products or my money.

it seemed so promising at the start when i had an apology and update on what was going to happen in the first email reply, after that it seems like it was all hear say and nothing actually came out of it. it seems once they reply to your first initial email, they’re not really bothered after that.

im never one for reviews, especially negative ones, but its just been a whole tedious, am i or aren’t i experience since 25/02

Quality clothing but slow dispatch time and poor communication lets them down.
On a positive note I was sent a couple of freebies as an apology for the inconvenience

Expedient customer service. Sorted out my mistake and made me feel taken care of. Plus the items I’ve got from them are great.

Absolutely rubbish quality ordered the pink panther sweatshirt advertised as candy pink, I would say it's almost purple it's so dark and the extremely tacky iron on transfer jesus christ that looks appalling brand new it will crack or dissappear after a few washes you can just tell! Also took max of 10 days to arrive what a massive disappointment 😞

I ordered a jacket from no chaos and it never arrived. Fortunately I was offered an alternative and I was sent a free hat for my troubles!

High quality clothing; extremely friendly when responding to customer queries. Very pleased

Had a little care package delivered today. The Zukie London windbreakers are tough! Fit amazing & look amazing on. Will 100% be back to order more from the site.

Ordered a few items for Christmas gift. I got a bit worried over delivery. Emailed , got a reply next day from Emily to reassure me the order would arrive before Christmas, & it did.
One of the items unfortunately had a fault after only been worn for a couple of times. Emailed, Emily replied, new item in the post free of charge.
I call that outstanding customer service. My son is delighted with his items & they are excellent quality ( just unfortunate about the fault )

I placed an order right on the cut off for Christmas. I waited 4 days and my order hadn't progressed, worried I wouldn't receive it I sent them an email to be cheeky and ask if there was anyway it would be here on time. I had a reply same day from Emily saying they would do their best and then i got an email the next day saying it had been sent 24 hr tracked delivery! It arrived on time, the hoody was perfect and my husband loves it. Excellent service and great product. Can't fault them. Thank you Emily!

Ordered a present and was not expecting it to arrive in time as I’d left it quite late. Was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 2 days later.
I was very pleased!

I ordered early December and emailed customer service after not receiving any updates, they responded within a few days and said they'd be dispatched within a week.. they weren't I was a bit hasty after reading a lot of reviews saying people hadn't received goods and opened a PayPal dispute.
My boards arrived today, they're great quality and there was a few freebies to apologise for the delay so over all I'm very happy with the shop and apologise for being a bit impatient!

Brilliant products and delivery was on time!

Bought a few hoodies and t-shirts as Christmas presents. Was initially a bit worried when I read the negative reviews, but the recipients had asked specifically for Scum and nochaos so had no alternative. All the process went perfectly. Delivery was actually one day early; luckily they advised me as such! Will definitely buy on this site again as clothes are of really good quality and, at least in my experience, purchase and delivery was 100%

No chaos, no problems! Few new tees, decent fit, as advertised.
