Je suis vendu Noize ! Depuis quelques années, j'achète des manteaux, des bottes, des accessoires vestimentaires de toutes sortes ainsi que des manteaux pour chiens. J'habille la famille ! Je suis toujours impressionnée par leur qualité et leur style et surtout quand c'est fait avec des bouteilles recyclées! C'est une entreprise végétalienne qui m'offre un excellent service à la clientèle ! Sans parler de la rapidité avec laquelle la commande est traitée et livrée ! Il fut un temps où le service client était plus lent, mais c'est fini ! Je vous recommande vivement d'encourager cette entreprise.

good customer service

My Name is Bella Kova and I am 19 years old. My Friend told me about your store ,and finally I had the opportunity to come in today at Square one Mall .When I came into your store I was approached by Fred .I told him that I need to buy a jacket to match my new bag . He brought a few jackets into the change room ,so I tried all of them . I liked 2 of the jackets and it was hard to choose .Fred helped me to pick one jacket that matched my bad ,and he asked me what the reason is that you are buying this jacket. I told him that I was going to Vancouver Winery . He selected a long jacket with a hood which would be good for the rainy weather there . Long story short he was really great ,and has a really good sense of fashion . I will definitely come back again to buy my other jacket that I liked . Bottom line, he is a really cool dude with good customer service skills .

I purchased my first jacket and LOVE it!

I purchased my first jacket and I LOVE it! It’s a light pink puffer and whenever I wear it I get so many compliments. I was unsure of the size so I reached out to customer service they were so helpful and the size was perfect. I can’t believe the quality and love the fact it’s down free. I will be back for more 🙂

Exceptional Customer Service at Noize

I recently bought a puffer jacket at Noize and it was very nice but too large for me. The customer service team was so nice. Even though the jacket was on sale and considered final, they charged only a small restocking and shipping fee to return it and gave me a discount on the smaller size. They were so responsive and helpful. Thank you to the Noize team. Great jackets - and wonderful service!

I purchased Noize's Jacob jacket in Feb…

Update: Noize has offered to take the jacket back. Thank you.

I purchased Noize's Jacob jacket in Feb 3, 2022.
The jacket upon arrival looked alright, there were loose threads here and there and the zipper was funny , as has been commented by others.
As of April 13, 2022, less than two months, the zipper broke.

After a little back and forth, Noize has offered to take the jacket back.

Hope the company focuses on quality control, i was definitely misled by the reviews.

Excellent Customer Service provided by Maura (Employee of Noize)

I visited the Noize store located in Eaton Centre to view a winter jacket (16/March/2022). Although the jacket was not in stock, I met an exceptionally kind, warm hearted and professional employee by the name of Maura. This beautiful lady is truly a gem to the store. Exceptional, Ethical Quality Brand!

The products are of excellent quality. The brand creates beautiful wear and the coats are super warm! The customer service is very personal and friendly. Highly recommend trying them out in general and especially for sustainable cruelty free backbone. (P.S.) I was shocked at so many bad reviews here. My wife and I both have their coats and they are not only sharp, stunning & made well, they’re extremely warm! She also has their gloves and she said they are the warmest she’s had (the fingers don’t get cold after a while, like with other winter gloves). We both did have issues with their “Rye Puffer Bootie (Unisex)” and it was sad because they were also beautiful and the most comfortable boots (including snow/rain boots) we ever owned. Sadly there was a flaw in the design (which with our feedback) I'm sure they’ll improve. They ended up being unwearable and we returned them for a refund no problem (this was close to a month later). Give them a try for yourself :)

Faulty product and no return

This is the worst brand I had encountered in my life. I purchased an item listed in the final sale and the product arrived damaged. Although I contacted the brand with photos of the product (It has holes and I cannot wear it), it was useless. While I purchased final sale products from other brands, I never encountered this issue of receiving damaged products. Sending a damaged product is itself not okay and not replacing/refunding it is ridiculous.

Very dispointed

Very dispointed, no phone to reach them and not responding to emails. Bought a winter jacket, they input incomplete address, shipment returned to sender and no money back, no jackets, no phone to call and not responding to the email provided when you place the order...never again and is at your own risk. Will not recommend. Good products, but the poorest customer service and management I ever seen, unfortunately!

Sadly I too wanted to love this brand but there is absolutely no customer service and no telephone number where to reach them. I received the wrong size and cannot even reach them for an exchange.

Noize came through and took care of all issues. Once they contacted me they were wonderful to deal with and everything was rectified. By the way, I love the coat!

Extremely disappointed - don’t buy from them

I am having so many issues with them. I’ve been dealing with Noize since November. First, I bought a pair of boots, they were defective. I tried to return and to get money back and they didn’t want to give. I insisted they said they would give store credit, I then returned the boots and their customer service person said “ok” AFTER they had the boots on hand they said they wouldn’t give store credit. I pushed and showed the screen shot of my conversation with the other customer service person. They finally agreed to give the damn store credit
Ok! On the same day she gives me the store credit I find another pair of boots to buy, so I bought on January 7. Then they were charging me for 15 dollars for delivery. Bare in mind I had to pay 20 dollars to return their defective boots.
So, my new boots were supposed to arrive on January 12, today is January 18 and I found out from UPS that my package is stuck in Montreal simply because Noize didn’t provide an INVOICE and therefore i can’t get it. Do you think their customer service return my messages. No darling… they don’t CARE. Remember it’s January I’ve been dealing with them since November. I hate to say this but they are doing a very very very very poor job and I won’t ever buy anything from them

I wanted to love what I bought so badly because it’s a vegan company, but the quality and customer service are so poor. 1 item missing from my order and 2 defective items (buttons broken on the sleeves). I emailed them asking to exchange or get a refund for the defective items and no response.

I've owned a couple of Noize coats and…

I've owned a couple of Noize coats and loved them but I recently ordered one and did not notice that it was a "final sale" item. Any way when it came it was too small. I take a medam in everything including my Noize coats.
I contacted them at their email address and they never responded at all!
No phone number to call.
Aparently they have become a very sketchy company.
Lost my business!

Bought boots from them

Bought boots from them. Took a long time to get here. They broke within a month. Contacted their support team, they sent me a return label with no other information. Can't order the boots I bought and didn't receive something so I could replace what I broke. I barely wore the boots I bought. I liked them but they are white and it is winter, the pull strap snapped with such little force it shows me that the quality of their products are below par. Then the cherry on top was the customer service being less than helpful - they said they were already making an exception taking make a worn item. Dude it literally fell a part within a month, I would hardly call that an exception. Don't buy from here.

They sent me a very small jacket. After several emails they agreed to store credit but then never ever sent me the store credit form despite my several emails. I had really admired the idea of a vegan jacket however these people should not be trusted.
