I worked with Olja at Nomad Capitalist on two citizenship and one residency applications over the course of two years (starting in 2021).

The processes proceeded very smoothly despite my having some complexity in my profile. The team understood what to do and coached me through the experience.

I also felt the initial consultation and strategy session were appropriately tailored to my wants and my situation.

I would strongly recommend to others wanting to develop their options.

Ms Natalia Rincon has been helping us with Portugal attorneys to reschedule our SEF appointments due to a health emergency requiring us to reschedule. Originally, Irena Progmet was our case manager with Nomad Capitalist and she did an exceptional job with all of our needs. It has taken almost two years to get a Golden Visa SEF appointment and Ms Rincon has been helping us. I simply could not have asked for a better new representative in this last part of our Nomad plan. She has been in constant touch with the Portugal attorneys as well as me. Warning stay away for these incompetent, time wasters. They will take your money, gaslight you and abandon you with the job unfinished with more bills and problems as they did to me. I am a real client, this is my experience. I wish I could have been writing something fantastic but I'm here as a fool who got played.

Inspired after watching Nomad videos for years, I signed up with Nomad Capitalist expected first class service and advice. As a professional I hold myself to a high standard and if he really worked with 6 and 7 figure professionals he would have a high standard too.

After is was approved after waiting 4 weeks and paying USD$18,000, I waited another 4 weeks to get on a call with AH. The guy was half asleep, I thought it was jet lag but no, every call the guy was low energy, very different to his online persona.
I got the PDF plan a week later and I paid USD$68,000 to have them realize it in the 5 months they promise.
4-6 weeks later they finally get started, its all very nice but towards the end you realize you are in a Nigerian Prince type relationship, always delays and excuses with nothing much getting done.
remember they get your money upfront.
They say there is a team working for you and you get a 'progress call' every month, that doesn't happen.

I get tasks completed immediately and I expected them to do the same but no.
So many costly documents notarized, apostilled, certified sent to government departments, couriers, lawyers etc all expired and wasted and repeated and replaced again and again. Eg I had to get 6 police checks done during the 1 year before they abandon the project and kept all of the money.

The information on the residency was inaccurate and you can not live the Trifecta Lifestyle based on the Plan I paid for. eg Portugal on a D7 you can not be outside of Portugal for more than 6 months over a TWO year period not the one year I was told.

One embassy I was sent out of state to with the incomplete paperwork after they said they checked it. I was rejected but worse than that they didn't even try to rectify the mistake, instead they ignored it and said sorry to hear that. (what the hell was I paying for?)
This was never completed or reattempted and they have kept the money.
At least return the money for not doing the job you were paid for. Incompetence is one thing but theft is another.
I kept asking about the delays and in response I was nonsensically gaslighted and got long periods of silence. (They have your money and your belongings are on in a freight container to Europe, you have no car, no house, living out of a suitcase)

In the end with the primary residency, 9 months later I had to take charge and contacted the consulate myself.
In hindsight it was very straight forward and there was absolutely no reason for it to have taken this long or be complicated.
Really baffling to be honest.
Why not do a good job and get a great review and referrals for more business?

Over 1 year later we get to the new country and the job is still not done and they politely email you saying your time is up and you are on your own but they put you in touch with the actual professionals and wash their hands of you, job incomplete and no refund for the incomplete job.
Once I started working with the lawyers directly it took 2 months to fully complete the tasks. Why?
I asked the lawyers (in different countries) when they received the job from Nomad Capitalist as many of the documents I ran around and paid for had expired and had to be reordered paid for again and they all said they had just be given the job in the last 2 months.
Absolutely ridiculous!
The amount of time, money and stress it took to get all of these documents ONE YEAR AGO not to mention the time waiting and wasted with Nomad Capitalist for a year. It was heartbreaking. Moving overseas and cancelling everything in you life (bank accounts, drivers licenses, selling houses and cars etc) only to realize they these people were either incompetent to the extreme, lazy or just did not care about you or the job is mind boggling and hurtful.
I worked hard to make that money, it wasn't given to me.
The plan I paid for was faulty, not totally worthless but not worth what I paid.
They abandoned the job and left it 30-40% incomplete or useless to this day. They have kept the money.

The realization comes afterwards. When you hire them its because you know nothing but afterwards you understand how badly you've be had.

I could write in detail about what kind of incompetence I experienced but you get the general idea.
You have been warned.
Hire real professionals in your country and overseas not the Nomad Capitalist Team.

Natasa Brankovic, my case manager, has gone above and beyond to cater to my specific requirements as a retiree in search of Plans A & B for my potential relocation from the United States. Her dedication and support have been crucial in my successful attainment of a permanent residence card for Mexico. Natasa's guidance and meticulous attention to detail were indispensable in navigating the complex and time-consuming application process for Dominican citizenship, which I couldn't have accomplished without her assistance.

I've known Andrew for years and it's great to see him grow in his company, Nomad Capitalist. His team has helped me tremendously in figuring out how to manage my business with both international and domestic employees, and how to pay taxes in the most efficient way possible. Careless and a little bit unpleasant.

I waited two weeks to have an "onboarding" call and find out that they don't offer the service I asked about when I filled out their contact form.

****, the account manager who I spoke to, admitted he just didn't read my email where I explained what I was looking for. He also, apparently, didn't read the same information from the contact form.

The "welcome" email for new customers is also quite annoying.

It said that my application had been "approved". I filled out a contact form and shared some very basic information about myself and the exact service I was looking for. Nothing more.

And I suppose this attempt to make it feel like I'm lucky to have their attention correlates with not paying attention to the actual customer request.

After this experience, I can't see a situation where I would trust this company with services they do offer like filling out legal forms.

My family started our plan B journey several years ago by searching multiple websites. These searches led us to the Nomad Capitalist video archive which was a treasure trove of information. If you have undergone this search as well, you know that there are numerous websites with varying degrees of quality of information. Due to the vastness of information and options, it was nearly impossible to take our unique situation and know for sure we were developing the best plan B. I knew we would need professional expertise. We turned to Nomad Capitalist for that knowledge and experience, and we were glad we did. The team has helped us obtain a second citizenship and an additional residency. They were very responsive and professional. We had some difficult life situations occur, and Nomad Capitalist provided us the flexibility that our family needed. Our case manager, Mane, is an absolute gem. She is extremely detailed, always kept us informed and guided us through every step. Anything that the team could take care of for us, they did. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received and the results obtained. The world is a rapidly changing place, and I'm sure that we will have to make additions to our Plan B in the future. We will be reaching out to Nomad Capitalist again, I am sure.

I've had many chats with different case managers. Mine was Ia Bobokhidze. She was very responsive and easy to talk to. Pushed my case through efficiently and was always helpful above and beyond the task.

Nomad Capital, via my contact person Nina there, has been very useful in determining a strategy for plan B diversification on residency, finances and taxes, and then helping practically implementing. Being guided through the paperwork and processes with minimal effort was a delight and has gotten things implemented smoothly.

Great onboarding procedure. Great team. I felt very well taken care of all along the way. Whenever I had a question - and there were many - they were either answered immediately or researched profoundly in case they could not be answered right away. Relocating and moving your tax residency somewhere else is a very complex matter and I highly recommend not to go this way alone because there are many traps that one can fall into unless being guided by a professional. First, let me start with my one concern. The business model – and they explicitly state this – is that they act as an intermediary between you and the service provider (e.g. foreign lawyers). In my experience, this adds some noise (miscommunications) and delays (especially from time zone differences) to the process.

What you get out of that, though, is a knowledgeable guide who has long term relationships with the providers of the services you’re buying. And this paid off. While my experience with Nomad wasn’t mistake free, I don’t think any complicated process will be mistake free. What Nomad did was provide excellent service, including fixing the occasional mistake. We’re still in the final phase of my Nomad contract, but it seems that soon they’ll have delivered exactly what they promised. Thus, I’m overall quite happy with my Nomad experience.

Mariam especially did a great job. She was very responsive to questions, made herself available for calls (even though the time zones meant it was late for her), and was persistent in resolving issues as they arose. She also displayed creativity when necessary; for example, thinking about what substitutes we could use for documents that weren’t readily available. I would love to work with her again.

Very hands on. Christine takes care of the details so that I can focus on the decisions. NC has assembled an excellent 'on the ground' team that I can ask the local questions and get solid answers. When my direction varies from the norm, the team adapts and I get what I want. But I also get very good advice to fill in the gaps in my knowledge.
