Sent now in hopes for due refund on bill That was paid after it was canceled weeks ago on 2nd internet box first one we purchased we keeping an also paid its bill now to cross fingers nomad makes things right with our bank Logan tried

After being without Internet for two days and going through all the troubleshooting with 2 different people, mark wood was finally the guy that got us back up and running with ease!

Harry Jackson found the issue with my internet and helped make it easy to fix the problem and get my internet back to working order

There was an error in my bill and when I called Steve Wilson was very polite and worked quickly to rectify the issue.

Awful, I've requested to cancel since I get no service at my house, I haven't been able to use it since I got it, 5 months ago, they will not cancel my service and keep taking the $119 a month from my account.
