Support is non-existent
When it works the software itself is not too bad but their prices are increasing massively and the support is atrocious. When I have an issue with the software the support responses are nothing short of a joke. It takes a number of messages to get someone to actually check the issue. I wish I had never joined them as its really difficult to move from them.

we were looking for replacement…
we were looking for replacement business software this might be ok for accountants but for businesses its simply not worth the grief The free trial never worked correctly and after 15days and multiple support conversations it became apparent that the product isn't ready for general use

Breath of Fresh Air !! Impressive Automated Pay As You Go Filing Software!
I would like to say Thank you for being one of a kind on the competitive filing software market with progressive , automated processes, competitively priced as well as with an extremely helpful for a small practice owners the Pay as You Go Option (!) and an easy access to the phone support( with well qualified colleagues who understands the accounts issues!)
As a new customer I was impressed so far with the seamless filing experience and definitely recommend it to all of my fellow agents.
