Excellent Accounting Software! A one stop shop. You can do bookkeeping, enable multiple bank feeds or uploads, CSV to PDF conversions, VAT, Self-Assessment and ofcourse finalisation. In addition, their support staff is absolutely amazing. No matter what I write here, it will fall short of the level of service they have provided.

Excellent support and advance features yet easy to use.

I’ve been using Nomi for quite some time now, and it’s genuinely a game-changer. The software is very user-friendly — whether it’s payroll, submitting final accounts, self-assessment tax returns, or VAT returns, everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What truly stands out is their amazing support team — they’re quick, polite, and always ready to help. A special mention to Sapna, who not only provides exceptional support but also brings a great sense of humour to every interaction. She’s been incredibly helpful, even outside regular working hours and through WhatsApp support when needed. Also, Many Thanks to Vishwas and Rahul for their support every time it was needed.

Sapna was so helpful to resolve the issue what I had. Her knowledge and guidance helped me to complete my tasks. Compare other softwares help in Nomi you get answers and solution instantly. I highly recomment Nomi and Sapna as without her I would stuck and could took me more time to find solution to my problem!!!

Quite terrible experience! I had initial call with the service manager. He then set up a call with tech support staff who introduced the platform. The support person didn't have answers to several questions and promised to get back via email. Zero response. Sent a reminder - zero response. So it wasted my time and I cannot even invoice them for it.

Wishwas was very knowledgeable and helpful with the system and mapping of the nominal codes

I am new to Nomi and whilst having teething problems on setting up certain of the functions have always had excellent support, today with Vishwas who helped me with filing accounts at Companies House.
I plan to move all my personal tax self assessment clients to Nomi in the New Year, the only thing holding me back is that you do not deal with Trust and Estate Tax Returns - I do hope by April 2025 you do have the facility to prepare Trust and Estate Tax Returns..

Thought I'd give Nomi a go this year for some of my SA clients. It's quite easy to navigate once you've used it a few times. Best of all is the top notch support from the Nomi team when one is unsure of something. Would recommend.

I've been using Nomi now for 3 years after looking for an all-in-one cloud based software.
The software is truly a "cradle to grave" solution for accounting practices. Modules link seamlessly so you can easily produce Final Accounts or Self-Assessment returns for bookkeeping clients.
Features provided match (and sometimes better) those from other platforms without the cost or hassles of having multiple bits of software or add-on modules. And even more features are promised.

Glitches of the past are mainly resolved and any left are being dealt with. Speed issues are in the past too - Nomi is just as quick (if not slightly faster) than its competitors now.

The greatest asset to Nomi is its support team.
Anchit, Sapna, Bernica and others on support go above and beyond to help. Nothing is too much trouble.
Even Nomi's CEO and CTO get involved with problem solving and client feedback. There aren't many accounts software providers that can say that!

Anyone who dismissed Nomi a few years ago needs to look again - the platform has transformed beyond recognition from those early days.
I just can't imagine using anything else now!
