I would not even give this one star …
I would not even give this one star if that was an option. The so called personalisation is in the cover with your name on it, that is it. More than half of the book is explaining the Mediterranean diet to those who have never used the internet before or never heard of it. The rest is a hodge podge of recipes, nothing new and nothing inspiring, and not even in any particular order! You'll find pavlova next to a pepper dip ... I asked for a sample of the book before ordering but was told that was not possible as each book was personal, that is untrue. Had I been sent a sample, I would not have ordered the book which I assume is why they didn't want to send it. Very very disappointing but unsurprising, I guess it's very true that if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. You will find much better/helpful information using AI, save you money.

Good Advice
I got the best advice I could get because I wasn’t happy with the recipes I received on my diet plan and thought I had wasted my money with the whole program.
Nora provided the advice on how to change the meal plans that suited my intestinal health.
I was very thankful for that and now can look forward to changing things around, which I didn’t know I could do.
