Deceptive sign-up terms
I picked and paid for a once off 30 day trial. Yet I was billed another time for twice the amount without signing up for anything else nor getting a reminder about an upcoming payment. When I queried this, they just said sorry and that there is nothing they can do. In modern times there is 100% something you can do. So this can only be ascribed to a lack of willingness to assist and/or wanting to defraud unsuspecting clients that put the effort into showing interest in the product.

I can't say much yet as I only signed up yesterday. What I can say, is that without the book I've ordered today, I felt that there wouldn't be much support. I was unaware of the related No Diet book. Perhaps I missed the information about it somewhere, or perhaps it wasn't highlighted as a further purchase. Unless everything is upfront and directly mentioned at the time of the initial purchase, then it can appear as an attempt to extract further money. The benefits of the book and it's price should be revealed with initial purchase for transparency. That said, overall it isn't expensive and I'm looking forward to commencing the plan.

The information is accurate as it is…
The information is accurate as it is basically the well-documented Mediterranean Diet. The check-out process was annoying as they kept asking if I wanted this or that for a one-time offer price. Most shocking was that I was notified of a charge a month later for $30.99 for something I did not knowingly order. When I notified PayPal I got the impression that I was not the first to receive such a charge.
