i keep to update with my case, i didn't get tickets for eurovision(4 days), i sent mail to them , but no one response until the Eurovision is done. they said if you didn't get tickets, please go to complain process . I think that is another fishing mail to get bank account info. So i will not go for that. That is my case, i hope my case can be seen by more person. and they can pertect their wallet. Don't buy anything from this webpage

The bogus domain should have give it away. They took our money, don’t reply to emails and the “link to tickets” reverts to their website which then mysteriously disappears. All in all a dreadful experience. I wish I could give NO STARS.

This is a bogus site! I bought 2 Eurovision tickets from them. The confirmation email was confusing, the link to see my tickets does not work, no one replies to emails, and now their servers are down so emails just bounce back. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Reply to their response:
I have emailed that address, with the same complaint 5 (!) times. The first two did not bounce back, so I'm assuming they reached you. The following three emails bounced back as your servers were down. I have also messaged your AI, and emailed the address on your German site. Emailing you again is pointless, because I believe your company does not exist. If against all the evidence, a company of some sort exists, you certainly have no tickets, and no functioning customer service department, so again there would be no point in me sending another email.
