Returns policy is terrible. Only store credit if it doesn't work in your home. Even if a matching item is ordered and only partially processed they won't refund you your money, even if you never even take it out of the store. Won't be purchasing here again apart from the store credit I now have to use with no other options of what I need available at this store.

I initially visited to find a new sofa, but I ended up revamping my entire living space! The selection is vast, with each piece reflecting both style and durability.

The staff was attentive and helped me find a sofa that suited my space and taste perfectly. I was also impressed with their range of accent chairs and coffee tables, which I also purchased. Everything looks fantastic together and has received numerous compliments. The quality is exceptional, and I feel like I got amazing value for my money.

They kept emailing me for a review on an armchair I bought - so I left an honest review outlining some quality concerns I had - but they never published the review. Seems they are only interested in publishing positive reviews - which is a misleading and unethical practice.

Bought a coffee table black, within 3 months the finish wore off around the edges so is brown around the coffee table, and the store refused to replace it, due to "wear and tear". Then I found out the products are not New Zealand and the owner resides in Australia. The goods are made in third world countries, yet its funny how the finish does not wear off on cheap warehouse products a quarter of the price of Nood. Do not shop there ever!

An archaic returns policy. They make it very difficult to actually buy from them! We were keen on a painting and wanted to check that we could return it if it didn’t work with the room once we got it home - otherwise how can you be 100% sure especially when the paintings are so large. But because they wouldn’t refund us if it didn’t work, (only give a store credit) it made it not worth the risk so we didn’t buy it. They wouldn’t budge even if we brought it back within the day. Terrible customer service - they just want your money and don’t care if you’re happy with your purchase.

Purchased a table for my printer. It was so unstable I returned it. They knew it was unstable because there were wall attachments with the assembly. Not fit for purpose but refused refund and received a store credit only. Must be all spent at once; no part purchase; 1 year expiry. Unusable. Judge a business by how it deals with complaints.. Hence the 1 star!

Pricey for what you get. I purchased a $8k sofa, on a 50% off sale. The fabric is beyond terrible, it pilled and fluffed up almost immediately, and after a year, it's almost in need of replacing. Really disappointing.

We have bought furniture from nood twice, first of all their furniture is super pricy for no reason of quality and secondly each time the delivery is not what they promise. The huge and heave furniture pieces are left on the front door and sometimes the mainfrieght does not even ring the bell. The store promises that main freight will keep it in the room of your choice, but the delivery people always deny. Won’t buy anything from Nood again.

Poor service ! I spent $2999 on dining table from them , only use 8 months already discolour ! Also you need to be very careful when you purchase because the very mean exchange and refund policy, once you paid never want to refund or exchange.

Worst service ever. In part due to the delivery company. Item sitting in Auckland depo and I’m the one that has to keep making contact about when they will deliver. So over it and want my money back. Will never buy from them again or recommend to anyone else.

Order was delivered quickly, unfortunately one item arrived damaged but NOOD customer support were excellent and quickly sent out a replacement. Will shop here again

Bought a sofa a year or so ago, late October started noticing weird beetles around the house, turns out they were coming from the inside of the sofa and they are wood boring beetles. Frame under the cloth cover of the sofa was covered with exit holes. Tried to contact nood to sort the problem, but they refused to take responsibility for this, saying it's my fault.

I got two of the black solace sun loungers from them and am so happy with my purchase! They gave me a great description through the online chat to clarify the product and then delivery was quick. The loungers I received are perfect, highly recommend!

Nood promised our couch would be delivered mid January and we have documentation to show this. Over a month later and no correspondence unless we contacted first. No compensation and no accountability. Almost seems like they sold our couch which we paid for in full to someone else as they mentioned there was another batch and we would get one of those. Hmm pretty sure it’s illegal to misrepresent like this. Would not recommend in this Covid world. Lying about stock is not cool and has left us without a place to sit in our new house

Good except is it even legal to have a price on an item and hike it by $50 because you can’t buy anything from the store. Seems like misrepresentation to me

We've been very happy with all the furniture, rugs, and ornaments we've bought from NOOD, so naturally when renovating our study, we wanted to get something that suited the new black and wood theme. The replica Eames Chair and Ottoman not only looks like the original, but it is super comfortable, and looks really good in black leather and walnut. Fantastic!
