Such a good deal. We saw a suite for the same price as our 7 piece lounge set at our local Mitre 10 but it was only a 5 piece and we didn't like the colors. We will definitely be coming back to TSB for our future furniture needs.

The service was very good, quick delivery, great commincation, the bed is very easy to put together..the mattress is comy, the only gripe i have is that the bed is quite low..

I am giving 2 stars mainly for the customer service and delivery team, as both were excellent, helpful, and prompt.
​However, the bed itself is of extremely poor quality. The assembly process was painful and frustrating—many parts were poorly made, warped, and the pre-drilled holes did not line up at all. It took way more effort than it should have to put together.
​Great service from the staff, but I am very disappointed with the product quality.

My sofa bed arrived quickly with no damage and I am very happy with product it's what I wanted.

The bed frame was delivered quickly and was very easy to put together! Only downside, I do have to jump into bed rather than fall into it, but the good side of that is if I roll out I'm instantly standing.

Hopefully this will last me awhile, if not... It was only 99 dollars.

Tsb is good with communication the product was easy to assemble wasnt the best quality but the price reflected that im still very happy with the product the service driver was unfriendly unprofessional i dont understand indian as well so communication wasnt the best the way he put the product on my truck i didnt like also his truck is way to long for the dairy he parks at that they call a depo but its a dairy actually so peoole are going in to buy pies and milk etc and im trying to pick my stuff up theres no depo at all its unsafe i think there should be a better safer pick up area
