TSB Living Reviews

Tsb is good with communication the product was easy to assemble wasnt the best quality but the price reflected that im still very happy with the product the service driver was unfriendly unprofessional i dont understand indian as well so communication wasnt the best the way he put the product on my truck i didnt like also his truck is way to long for the dairy he parks at that they call a depo but its a dairy actually so peoole are going in to buy pies and milk etc and im trying to pick my stuff up theres no depo at all its unsafe i think there should be a better safer pick up area

Delivery was quick and easy, communication was great.
It came in 3 boxes, it took me 4 hours by myself to put this trundle day bed together. The instructions were simple enough that I could figure out what goes where, but I found myself unscrewing, flipping, rescrewing, only to figure out they were on the wrong side more times than I could count.
Its a nice day bed, just double check the bottom mattress isn't too high, so you wont be like me and have to lift the day bed to fit the trundle underneath.

Good service and relatively quick

Was really easy to set up, I got the metal queen base and the mattress that came with it is comfy. Both great for its value, will def Purchase again from TSB

The quality of this product is really fragile. I had 6 pairs of light clothing in the drawer and once I pulled it, the draw pulled apart and broke.

Priyanka has been really helpful and friendly with my purchase!

So easy to navigate, delivery was easy and within the time frame they had indicated when buying products. I have bought several products from tsb and ill continue to buy from them in the future.

Initial email about shipping of 2 items I've purchased was not clear enough to confirm that items would be dispatched separately. But After email to their customer service, Andrea was quick to respond and act on my comments.
Communication is quick and responsive. I would just prefer if I can collect my items from their Auckland warehouse/store, rather than paying for shipping. However, their shipping charges are more than reasonable and service is one of the best in New Zealand.

Good, solid daybed. Feels alot wider than a single but fit my mattress perfectly and is really comfy, no squeaking. Really happy with my purchase

AMZING AND FAST AND EFFICIENT
