After looking into infrared saunas for over a year we decided on the Nook Elite 2 person sauna when we found out they now have a location in Bristol. Placed the order on 31st March and it was delivered today 23rd April.
The Bristol delivery team, Terry and Luke were brilliant. I was kept up to date with delivery times and a phone call when they were en route. They fitted the sauna upstairs in the spare bedroom which wasn’t the easiest. I was shown how to use the controls and given advice on cleaning and protecting the sauna. The sauna looks amazing and I am very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend Nook if you’re looking into an infrared sauna.

Recently had a 3 person Elite sauna delivered and installed and I have to say from booking through to delivery this company is first class! Sauna works amazingly well and the fitting was clean and efficient with all rubbish taken away. I can honestly say this sauna has changed my life and helped immensely with my recovery after training and just overall wellbeing and relaxation.

From beginning to end the process was easy and my beautiful sauna arrived within two weeks. The guys that fitted it were friendly and quick. I literally love it and would recommend these to anyone

Carl set up our Nook in our Chislehurst garden. What an absolute pleasure he was to be around. My wife said he was so approachable and professional - knew the product like the back of his hand.

Great customer service. I had a fault which was fixed quickly and received a free gift. When it came to the end of my contract the Company could have insisted that I pay for the sauna but instead they waived any entitlement to payment. Oh and the product is great too !

I had been searching for Infrared Sauna for a while and came across the Nook Ultra and thought look much more classy the other models I had seen. AU reviews outstanding but few UK and some communication bad reviews. Communication was great from the start Billy was extremely helpful and Henry & Nathan the installation engineers very professional and polite. Nicely made sauna and very happy make an amazing start to the day! Thank you

Nook Elite Sauna: after doing extensive research into infrared models, you’d have to spend roughly 8 times the price to find anything that genuinely beats this. It has all the feel and features of a high-end premium product. The multi-colored lighting is a great touch, and the speakers are unexpectedly good! Also, the option for lifetime warranty means this is a no brainer.

Beyond the product itself, the delivery team was fantastic. They were bang on time, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me navigate a tricky delivery.

It’s genuinely a pleasure to use and represents incredible value for money. If you’re looking for a top-tier infrared sauna without the markup, I can’t recommend Nook enough.

A neighbour got one and I was so impressed I contacted the company- they couldn't deliver to Devon, but were happy to agree an arrangement for me to collect from Kent. I brought it home and was able to put it really easily together(with a friend) in just over an hour. It is wonderful. Now part of our lives, always used after gym sessions, and very beneficial for my wife who has major heath problems. Worth every penny!

Apart from the product, the main reason for the 5 star review was for the level of service. From placing the order, right through to installation everything gets great. Carl was fantastic and extremely respectful during the installation. He also has a real passion for sauna too and it was great to hear he has one of these saunas for himself too.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic service during your recent visit. Not only did you fix the issue with my sauna, but you also took the time to spot and sort out a couple of other things while you were here, like adjusting the door.

It’s great to see such care and attention, and I truly appreciate the way you and your colleague went above and beyond. My sauna’s working perfectly now, and I look forward to getting back in there!

from my initial enquiry and having all of my questions answered fully to the process of initially renting this company has stood out for it commitment to a product that excels, is total quality and superb value. the installation itself was unbelievably quick and a particular acknowledgement to carl who was friendly fast and faultless in his approach ... and, having one of these himselves, is a walking commercial for nook. his constructive advice and run thru of how to operate it was spot on. having now had the sauna for a couple of weeks, this IS the daily luxury i deeply relish. as i go into my sauna, it is like having a daily holiday in the sun. thank you to everyone and i totally and without hesitation recommend.

Just had a Nook two person sauna installed today and came home from work and had my first sauna.
The sauna itself looks very well built and looks great in my room.
Jack and the team were courteous and professional and explained everything perfectly.
After testing the sauna I'm over the moon with it , it heated up quickly and maintained a great temperature, the Bluetooth speakers are good quality sounding great and there is plenty of room for two people.

I highly recommend Nook saunas, and would like to send a massive thank you to the team and service they provided, thanks Jim.

Following on from my 3rd October review, a replacement sauna was opted for instead as hopefully a means of addressing the issue, one of the elite models.

I noticed the same temperature issue with plenty of time to warm up but then it would just fluctuate between 61 and 65 holding 65 maybe 5 % of the time.

I subsequently noticed the glass door is unable to sit correctly in the frame, whilst the magnet seals shut/clicks at the top and you think it’s closed, there is a 1cm plus gap at the bottom of the door where the bottom part can’t shut / seal with the lower magnet thus letting in air.

I’d like to be able to write something more positive as everyone else’s seems to be…

I’ve let the company know and will see what happen from here.

Not sure why I haven't had one before now. Sauna is just stunning and the chaps who delivered and set up were a lovely pair. Had my first session and its amazing so hot and feel my joints grateful for the warmth. Husband and older teens loving it too

We recently had our sauna installed by Henry and Johno, and we honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From the moment they arrived, they brought such warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness that it immediately set the tone for the whole experience. They treated our home and project with so much care and respect, taking the time to make sure every detail was just right.

What really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate they were throughout the installation — always checking in with us, explaining what they were doing, and making sure we were happy with every step. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble. It’s so rare these days to meet people who take such pride in their work while also being such lovely, down-to-earth humans.

Beyond their skill and attention to detail, it was their attitude and energy that really made an impression. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly cared about doing the job to the highest standard. By the time the sauna was finished, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than contractors.

We found ourselves wishing every installation or service we ever needed could be overseen by Henry and Johno — that’s how great they were. They are truly lovely souls and an absolute credit to their team and the company they represent. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would.

Carl was so nice, efficient and knowledgable. And the sauna is so wonderful…looks great and feels great. Super quick installation. Great quality wood. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Waiting to hear back from the Company at the moment regard the Sauna not holding temperature. Will amend review so far pendant outcome. Advertised delivery versus actual delivery time post payment seemed to vary slightly for me, but on the whole they are good at communicating. Actual installation was relatively smooth/ helpful person.
