Sun Stream Saunas UK Ltd Reviews

Muchas gracias

Due to height restrictions I had to purchase the mini sauna. So glad I did. Tremendous…

Todo ha sido excelente, desde el primer momento, todo el servicio, tanto de compra como de envío.
Ya llevo varias sesiones y estoy encantada, antes utilicé el otro tipo de sauna, pero me gusta más esta.

Sun Stream have been an excellent company to deal with. Russell was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The Sun Stream evolve mini is absolutely perfect for our needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The buying experience was incredibly easy; all requested information was promptly provided. Delivery was perfectly coordinated, and the sauna is fantastic.

Recently bought the evolve mini and couldn’t be more happy. Everything about the product and service has been excellent. The workmanship was excellent and super easy to assemble. Feel like I’m in my own private spa. Great company with great products.

I had an excellent experience with Sun Stream Saunas. The team was extremely attentive, highly responsive, and always available to answer my questions. It was a real pleasure working with them from start to finish.
The product fully met my expectations, with outstanding quality. The customer support even exceeded what I had hoped for, which is quite rare and truly worth highlighting.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for both a high-quality product and a very professional, customer-focused experience.

There was a problem with the delivery to Sardinia which the company relentlessly persued until the problem was solved and the delivery completed. At no time was I left uninformed of what was happening. The sauna arrived and we had no problem assembling it and using it. It is a very well made product complements to all the staff.

Excellent service, with prompt and professional correspondence.

From beginning to end, we have nothing but the highest praise for these guys!
Their communication was clear and to the point, friendly and always providing updates every step of the way.
If only all suppliers could be as professional, competent and nice!

I chose the Evolve Mini due to limited space. Very easy to put together and been really please with it over the last Year. Had a minor issue with my fuse board tripping when switching on sauna. The team responded quickly conforming they can help and this is a rare issue but they offer a different power supply which will solve this. This is a fee replacement !

I very happy with my Evolve mini and even more pleased with the customer service from a family run business in UK.

Excellent personable customer service. I previously had a canvas tent infrared sauna and this is a real upgrade, well worth the extra money. Sauna gets super hot, looks great and is Low EMF. Would thoroughly recommend. A real luxury but so important for health and detoxification.

Great product and excellent company.
I bought an Evolve 20 after doing a lot of research. I was fitting the sauna in a confined space.
The customer service I received was simply the best, a rapid and hands on response to my questions from the people who were clearly running the business.
Assembly wasn’t simple but neither was it difficult, most of the difficulties stemmed from being in a small space not the fault of Sun Stream.
The sauna itself ( now up and running) is very very good. Solid, functional and smart. A number of nice touches included too which I really liked.

In summary a really good and easy company to deal with, and a good value high quality product

Such friendly and efficient customer service. Had installed the Evolve 20. Wonderful quality and the best sauna experience ever. We cannot recommend enough. This is the best investment for your health and sits perfectly within the home gym. Thank you to the whole team for making this happen so perfectly.

I took quite some time deciding which sauna to buy and did a huge amount of research beforehand. Finding a reputable company that offered great support was really important to me. Once I finally made my decision, I called Sun Stream and spoke directly with Russell, who was incredibly helpful and answered all my remaining questions clearly and promptly. I placed my order that same day, 15 September, and my Evolve 30 arrived just a week later, on 22 September.

Any questions I had about assembly were quickly answered, which made the setup process easy and stress-free. My mum used the sauna the very next day and was absolutely delighted with it. I used it myself yesterday and couldn’t be happier — it’s a fantastic product that lives up to all expectations.
Great product, great service, and a wonderful company to deal with.
If you’re looking for a low EMF infrared sauna and value excellent customer service, there’s only one place to go — Sun Stream Saunas.

Top knotch sauna from a friendly, helpful company.
The sauna is even better than I could have imagined. It looks fabulous and smells even better. My house is not huge so I got the smallest footprint which is under a square meter and it fits in the front room of my Victorian terraced house and actually looks really good! I wasn't expecting that. The company was on hand when I had a couple of queries about how to assemble it but I essentially did that with some help from one other female and we had it all assembled within the hour between the two of us.
If you are unsure which sauna to buy, get one from this company. You will not regret it....and no, they are not paying me 😃

From first contact until delivery everything was well explained and the quality of the sauna is excellent. I undertook a lot of research before making the investment and am really happy with my decision to choose Sunstream.

The whole family are enjoying the health benefits a quality Sunstream Infrared sauna can bring. Highly recommended.

We had no doubts about SunStream Evolve 20 IR sauna quality and parameters. This is why we chose it over other producers. Sweating in a new SunStream sauna meet our expectations completelly.

However, we were also very pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Providing assistance from comparing products with competitors' products to assisting with the assembly and use of the product.

Packing and the delivery was as agreed and confirmed in advance.

Thank you SunStream and happy sweating.
