Quick delivery, efficient installation, very pleased with the quality of the table

Order eight seater teak table. Unfortunately for us we didn't unpack it immediately as our patio wasn't ready, but on unpacking and building the top already had several water stains present and one of the chairs had small cracks appearing. Don't expect to buy new garden furniture at this price and have to treat it the first year before use🤷 Disappointing.

Furniture is exactly as described. I made the mistake of buying green cushions instead of grey. On arrival one green cushions was faulty but instead of replacing the one faulty cushion they sent a full set of 8 grey cushions. Absolutely fantastic service. Can't recommend them enough. A*****

I had the delivery on time. They were prepared to go out of their way to make sure I wasn´t missing an appointment I had that day.

The 8 seats and table arrived on the day started on a pallet unpacked and easy assembly table looks great value for money

Excellent service and communication and great quality. Darren bent over backwards to make sure the delivery was reliable and without complication of a new garden bench to my elderly mother. The bench was assembled by Darren and looks superb - heavy weight teak. Feels like great quality and represents good value.

Bits of damage on chairs but had been glued, so should be ok

We have recently taken delivery of the Kensington Teak Wood Outdoor Dining Set. The quality of the product far exceeded our expectations by some considerable margin and the delivery service went according to the agreed plan. Delighted with the garden bench, it actually arrived sooner than expected. Fits together perfectly and really sturdy, it’s exactly what I wanted.

ordered on 19/05/2026 arrived before stated time of delivery date we were told to expect a a process time of 3 to 4 weeks on the website and email, as our gardens in a million pieces due to replacing a failed patio it didn't bother us ..... then we get a call from the transport company saying its going to be here on the 1st of june!!

nice quality HEAVY furniture but worth checking where the packing straps are where they have cut into the boxes during transit .... yet to open ours to check it

Really happy with the table, the fact there is a centre spot for the parasol for all lengths is perfect. Our previous table only had this option in the fully extended position.
The extensions are independent, so you can extend in a single direction or both. Would perhaps benefit from a retention clip, but so far not a problem.

I ordered a three seater bench I finally got it on the third attempt of delivery, the first time they forgot to put it on the delivery vehicle the second time I got four chairs snd a table the third attempt I finally got the bench which they had assembled leaving hammer marks where they had knocked in the dowels they promised me a bench cushion for the inconveniences I had experienced that never turned up I rang them and was told they would send one out needles to say I am not holding my breath. Yours disappointed, M J Reeves.

Delivery as scheduled and amazing dining set! Definitely recommend!

I had been searching for a while to find 25kg granite quadrants suitable for a Kettler cantilever parasol and eventualy came across this company (Kettler were unable to supply any). I saw that the reviews were on the whole positive and they had the slabs at a really good price with free delivery and perfect size. The site said 3-4 weeks delivery and they arrived on the fourth week. If I had any criticism it would be that I had no notice that they were being delivered until a phone call 5 mins before but fortunately I was home and the delivery chap was very polite and delivered with care even though it was over 30°on that day. The granite quadrants are great quality and look amazing. Really pleased all round.

Avoid this company. They are rude on the phone and tell lies!!!!!!

Joe delivered this item to my home in February and offered to put it together if I found it too much trouble. I finally got the bench together with the help of my son and husband and it's really fantastic. Heavy, solid and looks great. Joe had a coffee table on his van that matched so that still needs to be put together. It's all good quality. Can highly recommend.
