A great shop with helpful and informed and friendly staff. I usually order on line and "click and collect". Easy parking just out of town, close to Elland Road Stadium why you collect.

Hopeless I'm afraid ?,
Everytime I see an album I want, it says " Norman Records"
So I click on - and bloody useless Norman always says " no longer available"
Get a grip ?

Really amazing service from James at Norman records, I called the store as I was after a record for my best friend’s birthday which is in a couple of days and he was very informative and assured me he would send my online order to the packing team straight away so I get it in time. Made sure the record was sent out same day and I got it literally next morning, I cannot fault these guys and also the record I was after is the cheapest I’ve found online for that LP! All their items are cheaper then Fopp, HMV ect, well worth your business and money this store

Love them to bits! They have been one of my favourite and cheapest records stores online! Very well stocked. Every item I have pre ordered always arrived on the day of premiere! What more would I need? Truly recommend this store!

After having the misfortune to be let down by another company(Sandbag UK), waited over 4 weeks but still nothing received. I found the same item on Norman Records and the order was promptly processed, dispatched and well packaged and took just over a week from order to delivery which considering the recent postal strikes is a great result. I would definitely consider ordering from Norman Records again👍
