No customer support
First of all I'd like to start by saying that the product quality is very good and i have just about everything they offer for espresso.
My issue is strictly with their customer support, or should I say, lack of.
The customer support was very responsive (usually replied within a day, sometimes even hours after an email) because there was an issue with shipping location due to the product being new etc etc. They handled that issue very well. However here's where the issues started:
I bough a needle distributor (new release, ~€110) and it arrived with the height adjustment lever broken. I reached out to them to ask them about it immediately after receiving it.. 5 days go by, no reply.. I reach out again asking them if they got my email etc, another 5 days go by.. no reply.. So I email them again and let them know my disappointment and they respond wkth some cheap excuse about how they were investigating it and then forgot to reply to me.. and they asked for a video evidence of my issue, which I provided immediately. As expected, again, no response, it's been 4 days since. I am really disappointed as i actively advertised their brand for the good quality, well, not anymore of course.
My advice to anyone reading this: If you really want to buy their products, buy them through amazon. At least there if an issue occurs you won't have to do any back and forth with a non existent customer support, you'll just file a return request and send the item right back - much safer, much better.
I really expected more from them especially with their reputation in the espresso space. But I guess it is what it is.
