My normest wallet is guaranteed for life - it has totally came apart and it’s almost a year old - can someone please contact me to get this replaced? I love the wallet, but need it replaced. 513-417-6737- Jim Leonard

Wallet lasted 6 months and now looks like it has been through a threshing machine. Not much point in this review as the website has gone, but yeah, lesson learned. Gonna go back to my Fantom wallet and get an AirTag holder for that. What I should of done in the first place

Only giving 1 as 0 is not an option. Poor quality, cheap leather copy falling apart after 10 months. No one to complain to as store closed down. Don’t buy!!

The "Premium Leather" of my walnut brown AirTag wallet began peeling (delaminating) a few months into use. There is nobody to complain to, as the normest-store.com website no longer exists. The same wallet now appears to be on Amazon under the Hawanik brand at a significantly lower price.

I bought a wallet from Normest in June 2023. Before the end of the year, the "leather" started to come off. Thought I'd contact them for a refund, but after reading about the experiences people had trying to do that, I probably won't even bother. Next time I'll go to Trustpilot before buying, not after.

FRAUD. STAY AWAY from this company.
Its a super cheap product that is sold on alibaba for $4 and being sold by Normest for $70. The leather on the outside started to tear off within 2 months of use (I keep my things very carefully). Absolute trash and they dont even bother to respond when contacted.

Absolute utter rubbish. Awful quality product, zero after care. Not worth £2 let alone the actual price

Ya I got a subpar POS, congrats you got me. Received it at least so wow was surprised at that after an extended two weeks. Wallet is the quality of something you’d find at a Walmart or second hand store. Cheap velvety leather with a very unsophisticated look. China product of course. Trash for the money you pay.

Terrible site with endless loop of bad links for no opportunity to return items. Ordered a wallet and AirTag for my husband for Christmas he didn’t like the wallet because it was too bulky. Tried several times to return on the link listed took me back to same main page with FAQ ENDLESS loop with no actual way to return. Emailed and contacted them directly on social . Finally contacted my credit card company they froze the charges. Still in dispute but hoping they get a penalty for all fraudulent business practices.

Can’t score lower than a 1. I didn’t even get to test quality but the return process they quote is non existent and Goldman Sachs doesn’t even handle the dispute so I am stuck.

We should review Shopify for allowing fraudulent companies to operate and process their payments via Shopify's platform.

Normest's website no longer exists. They've taken money, shipped rubbish (surprised they shipped anything), and disappeared.

This is a FRAUD! A horrible Chinese brand - overpriced, disgusting quality, and impossible to return. Checked it only after several attempts to contact them because of delayed delivery. And once I received it - terrible. AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Bought because of an ad on Facebook. Pretty ad btw!

Wallet fraying and looking shabby. Not premium leather. Store now offline so cant even try to return though sure i would fail. Stay clear.

NEVER BUY NEVER BUY Normest or the other related scam company. Complete scam, bought a wallet said it would hold 8 credit/debit cards, got jammed with 6, mechanism to eject cards broke. Wanted to return get a new one, never responded to emails

don't buy any of their products because they will NOT let you return your wallet or even contact you back!!!! I have tried many many times!

Agree with all the comments unfortunately I got duped also. No response from company for a return. Credit card company was sent info that the wallet was delivered so I have to pay for it. Total scam, do not fall for it! Now I'm stuck with a $80 wallet my husband doesn't want. Lesson learned.

No returns, no customer support, no phone, no communication after purchase. When I wanted to order and had a question 'Amy' from customer service had a quick response. The sight says 'easy returns, full refund'... it doesn't happen. Totally ghosted. Stuck with subpar merchandise and out the money and a gift for my husband. The nerve is they continue to send me email about their product!

This company is pathetic. I agree with all these reviews. They don't answer numerous emails. Nowhere to call.
There is no return form. The fact that they "say" there is return, there actually is no way to do so.
